I’ve been coming to Moss Salon and seeing Michael for about 15 years. He’s been an incredible partner, gently helping me see what stopped working and what works better for me now. I’m not great at "styling" myself - so color and cut are key... and I get a lot of compliments on my hair. Over the years, I’ve noticed that the stylists each have their own very loyal following. It’s easy to see why. If you need a new salon, you can’t go wrong with Moss.

$290 plus tip for a root touch up and tone- would not give me lowlights like I booked time for and asked for - instead she suggested toner and a root tap but only around my hair line and hair part. The lower half of my roots are just plain bleached yellow. Everything is so uneven. So mad at this result and I definitely feel overcharged. I will be driving 2 hours to Ct to get it fixed by a trusted stylist.

I've been going to this salon and seeing Maddie for a few years now and this salon is the best! Super freindly staff and I always walk out with exectly what I desired and more!! Best place to get your hair done in prov!

I’ve been a client since the year the salon opened (over 20 years) I believe. I can’t say enough about their expertise in hair care. Always professional and accommodating. They keep my hair looking awesome with cuts, highlights and Brazilian Blowout from time to time. Call them… you won’t regret it!

Went to see Casey and she was amazing! She took me back to my natural brunette color and I’m obsessed!! Took the time to ask what I wanted to do, so fun and easy to talk too, and styled my hair perfectly! I highly recommend booking with Casey at Moss Salon!

Casey was really nice and personable for the whole appointment buuuut I kinda hate my hair. As far as the dye I had a full balayage and I have a little green hair poking out like an inch from the bottom that she left, I don’t want a 2" patch of green hair that’s partially why I came and paid for a whole dye. She only dyed the top of my head everything underneath is still how it was before I came in. I can see obvious likes of where the dye started and lines. I asked for darker lo lights and got a lot of highlights. I asked for curtain bangs with layering. Well I have a tiny bang that’s hella short and not curtain bangs, I have one visible layer to my hair that’s about 2 inches up. Not at all what I wanted. Now I have to go get this $265 hair dye and cut fixed elsewhere

just moved to Rhode Island and so glad I found moss. Casey did my haircut and she was so good, I had to get her to color my hair too. It was my first time getting a haircut & blow dry where I actually liked it leaving the salon. Usually I wait until I wash my hair so I can style it myself but not at Moss. She just understands your vision. Everyone is so sweet, very affordable and the vibe inside is beautiful. Highly recommend!
