My friend and I had came in for one full set and one gel pedicure. When we arrived I had asked the lady with ginger colored hair sitting to the far right how much the services would be. She responded with a short answer of "50 for the pedicure and $75 for the full set " I then asked how much extra it would be for gel polish on my toes because I know some nail salons charge extra. She responded with "$10, do you have any more questions?" her demeanor was very off putting and seemed as if she didn’t want to be bothered. We then sat down and picked our colors, Mariela who I believe is the owner came out from the back and asked if we finished picking out our colors. She did not greet us and told my friend to sit down. She began to cut and buff my friend cuticles so much to the point that they were bleeding. I was taken to the pedicure chair and was greeted by a sweet lady. There was a pedicure liner in the tub but wasn’t any water running. I told her that I had an acrylic toe to be soaked off so she began to work on it. After about 15 minutes she started to push back my cuticles and i had asked if they only do dry pedicures here because she did not put my feet in the water. She stated " we do old school pedicures" which I am not sure what she meant by that but okay. She was very sweet but it does seem like more training is necessary. My friend and i decided that we did not want to continue the services, we were checked out by Mariela i had asked if she still had to pay for her cuticles to be cleaned even though that is not the service that she asked for and because she was cut. Mariela stated " Yes, her cuticles are bad, that why she was cut." The customer service /business here is absolutely terrible ! If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible experience. She cut my hair 3 times shorter than I asked her, I pointed to where exactly I wanted and also showed her a picture and video. She pointed to where she would cut i said yes, but she gradually kept going. Asked for volume when blow drying, received the flatest hair ever, I left the salon in tears!! I asked for volume using rollers but got the same flat blowdry as the previous person. She is just not skilled enough for customization. Will never recommend or return. Edit: see picture attached of what i asked for and what i got. Owner doesn't even take responsibility and puts the blame on the customer. It isn't the customer's job to show you how to do your job, where to cut for you to achieve a certain length, after already showing you and pointing with my fingers. Check your cameras!!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any nail salon that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Gessi was the perfect nail technician. She listened to me as I am going through a hard period in my life, and not only did she do an amazing job on my nails, but she also did not hurt me like usual and I didn’t leave with bloody cuticles like I normally do, she really made an effort to be gentle but still got the job done PERFECTLY!!! I am recommending her and your salon to everyone I know and I have already put you guys up on my TikTok page because that’s how confident I am that people will also love the salon as much as I did . I was walking in the mall, I found a Dominican salon and I gave it a chance. I think it is one of the best salons in PVD, the treatment and the kindness and the prices are good. I got a blowout and nails done, Mariela does divine nail designs, she is specialized in design. I recommend the salon 10/10

Awful! Make sure you have the whole day to spend Pack a lunch Oh and there is no bathroom inside the salon. I will say that the young lady that did my pedicure was very sweet and great at her job.

Gessi took her time and made my nails look absolutely amazing! I will certainly be back !! The salon environment is great as well
