I planned a special mother–daughter day, and our first stop was facials. After a lot of research, I booked an appointment for my mom and me with KT and I am beyond thrilled that I did. My mom is very particular, so I wanted to be absolutely sure we chose the right place. Nothing is worse than spending $200+ only to walk away disappointed. Thankfully, KT exceeded every expectation. She scheduled enough time for each of us, carefully assessed our skin goals, and made us feel completely at ease. We both chose the Hydrafacial with red light therapy, and from start to finish, the experience was relaxing, calming, and personalized. The results blew me away—my skin was glowing in a way I hadn’t seen in years. My mom came out looking just as refreshed and radiant. What stood out even more was KT’s thoughtful approach afterward. She took the time to talk through our results and recommend products that could help without ever being pushy. The product she suggested for my severely dry skin has already made a noticeable difference in just a week, and my mom is equally happy with her recommendation. Our experience was so wonderful that, for the first time in a long time, we confidently went out to a nice restaurant afterward with no makeup just fresh, glowing faces. She was also able to recommend removing things that weren't necessary for my particular skin, and suggest other products that I have seen so much improvement with, that I still use to this day. I’ve been going here religiously for over 2 years now. KT has completely rejuvenated my old, tired perimenopausal skin and now my skin is glowing. She is so gentle and thorough with her services. This is not only a much deserved treat for myself, I also truly enjoy her company while she’s working away. I’m so excited that she is now offering hydrafacials, which I will be getting for my next appointment! If you are on the fence about getting facials, she is definitely the one to go see. Had my first and certainly last visit this Tuesday. I have a few inflamed spots on chin needs to be extracted, KT advised she would leave one spot because ‘there’s nothing underneath’ and she could just ‘treat’ it with high frequency (as an add-on to my initial service). I didn’t doubt her knowledge at that time because she sounded credibly knowledgeable about skincare. Her promise was it will not come back up and should heal within 3 weeks. It wasn’t. It came back up even more inflamed after it was irritated by her poking at it with her frequency device, there was blood on the zit when I came home. She didn’t take her time to extract whiteheads and blackheads on my face (though I had a lot) because she was running out of time and it could just be all cleaned up using her recommended ‘exfoliant’. Her exfoliant, as I did my research, is an ultra gentle one. For my stubborn spots it wouldn’t work on it. Left my initial review on Booksy, KT offered and complimentary check-in, I appreciate the efforts to fix the issue but I won’t be coming back because from my experience, it demonstrates she doesn’t have enough knowledge to treat inflamed, cyst acne. I made my mistake going here instead of a derm doctor or my previous esthetician. Pic attached is post visit.
