I had an amazing facial with Grace at Salon Lume. She started by asking about my skin concerns and then recommended the best treatment for me, which I really appreciated. The facial massage was incredible—I felt so relaxed, and my skin was glowing afterward. She also gave me helpful skincare recommendations. Grace provides stellar customer service and professionalism. I arrived super late to the initial appointment and was worried she would be upset. Instead, she calmly suggested we reschedule and even served me a drink and snacks! I was distressed from being late (I'm a type A person who's always on time), and her actions really lifted my spirit. I enjoyed the facial and sculpt massages the most during the facial. The products she used felt nice on my skin. She also went over the allotted time to ensure my skin concerns were addressed. My skin was glowing with no blackheads after the treatment. Towards the end, she recommended me products I could use to help maintain the skin and gave thorough instructions on how and when to use the products. I really appreciated the way how she handled my tardiness and the extra treatment I received during the facial. Honestly, I've never met someone in the beauty service industry who showed so much kindness such care before. 10/10 recommend!

Grace is absolutely wonderful. She has amazing hands—there’s an instant sense of warmth and vitality the moment she starts working on your face. Her studio is incredibly relaxing, with soothing aromas and calm music that make it easy to fully unwind. I almost fell asleep (and honestly had to try not to!). After the facial, my skin felt so plump, refreshed, and lively, and that glow lasted for quite a while. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly restorative facial experience.

Grace was amazing!! I have very dry skin and my main concerns surrounded hydration and fine lines. Grace explained what causes the dryness and also provided an in depth analysis of my current skin care routine and what I can do to improve it! Regarding the facial, Grace ensured a soothing and relaxing experience. She explained everything she was using, what techniques were targeting what, and also continuously checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. This is not my first facial, but it is the ONLY facial I’ve gotten where I saw immediate results and my skin is STILL hydrated 3 days after the facial! Will definitely be back! Definitely a must for my dry skin girlies!

I was lucky enough to get an appointment with her while visiting Dallas, and honestly… her magic hands have only gotten better. I truly wish she lived closer. I came in to see Kloe for my hair appointment and learned that a licensed esthetician set up her facial studio inside. I really needed a facial, so it was the perfect opportunity to do one after my hair service! I had an introductory 30 minute facial that was surprisingly effective even though it was so short. I had no idea my pores were so clogged before the facial and was incredibly shocked to see how much cleaner they became after! Grace is also so knowledgeable and helped me understand what types of skincare ingredients my skin needed. Looking forward to going back! 😊
