Katie is honestly amazing. She did hair and makeup for my mom and me for my wedding reception in Petaluma, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She went so above and beyond — even before we checked into the hotel, she went over to do recon and figure out which rooms would have the best lighting. That alone blew me away, and wow did it pay off. I’ve had my makeup done a handful of times over the years, and while it usually looks good in photos, I almost never feel like I actually look like myself. With Katie, I truly did. It somehow felt like I wasn’t even wearing makeup and I still looked incredible in pictures. That balance is so rare and she nailed it. She made both my mom and me feel beautiful, comfortable, and totally at ease. She’s such a pro, insanely talented, and just a really lovely person to have around on a big, emotional day. If you’re even considering booking Katie — do it. I would recommend her a thousand times over.

Katie was exactly who I was looking for, for my wedding day makeup. I don't wear a lot of makeup generally AND I use all natural body and beauty products so her work and brand were PERFECT! Her facials were relaxing and we hit it off right away. I will recommend Katie to everyone looking for facials, wedding makeup, or just a general good vibe. Thank you Katie!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Katie did SUCH an amazing job on my wedding makeup. Not only did she use all holistic and clean products, but she gave me the most relaxing and dreamy facial that made my skin glow! She was so helpful and kind during the months leading up the the wedding, going above and beyond by searching for a hair stylist when 2 of my wedding stylists canceled on me. She really cares about makeup as an art: Making you look good while also using good products. I never wear makeup, and had no idea what I wanted. I just wanted high quality clean makeup, and a natural look with a little 'pop' for my garden-party themed Napa Valley wedding. Katie nailed it. Whoever thinks that you have to use chemicals to have a beautiful makeover, has obviously not met Katie. As I told her on my wedding day - "why can't all makeup artists be like you?" If you haven't booked Katie for a facial, makeover, etc., you're missing out. Do it now, thank me later. Or better yet, thank her! 🤍💍

I am still blown away by the magic, professionalism, and connection that comes through Katie Callahan. The first time Katie and I connected to discuss bridal makeup I knew I was in good hands. Katie made me and my whole bridal party feel like family. She was over-the-top accommodating and a true artist of her craft. The wedding makeup came out beyond perfect and her timing was impeccable. Katie is a consummate professional who operates her Holistic Beauty business in a light filled atelier in a historic building in downtown Petaluma. Katie was so kind, warm and welcoming I felt instantly relaxed. She takes time to learn about you — and finds out what you want from the experience to ensure you have the best experience. Everything from the warm lavender scented eye mask to the glass cooling massage globes, to the facial work and treatments was stellar. I highly recommend that you experience what Katie has to offer.
