Lashes

Beyond disappointed! Expected a big company to have good results and stand by their work. I went in for a full set with and she was running behind and took me late. I had to leave for another appointment and come back 2 days later to finish. When I went back in a couple of days she said "omg what happened" because I had lost so many lashes. Gave it another shot. Went in for a fill 3 weeks later (with someone else) and I had barely any lashes left. After my fill, lashes began falling out within days! Did not even last 5 days before my eyelids looks bald. Everyone noticed. Which is embarrassing and also a WASTE OF MONEY! Was told fill was done best based off of what was leftover from full set (which wasn’t much) FYI I do not use make up or face product that would interfere with the lashes. I’ve had lashes done before and never had these issues. I contacted them and they told me I could pay for a 1 week fill. So I reached out to an owner - the same woman who did my full set and explained what I was experiencing she basically told me they would not be serving me as a customer anymore. That they "went above and beyond for me" - I’d like to know what they’re talking about. My first appointment she ran behind and therefore couldn’t finish me. My follow up was canceled and I was forced to go to someone else. They constantly change appointments on you. I do not see how they even tried to fix this situation. They took NO accountability for the poor product/service which is a HUGE turn off. I asked for a hybrid set they apparently gave me volume which then was told to me only lasts 2 weeks. (And doesn’t look like volume!) So they gave me the wrong lashes, wrong info, & the refused to fix it. Expected more from a large well known company. Would not recommend! Total waste of time & money. I have been fortunate enough to be a long term client at Lashes (with Holly) for a number of years now. I look forward to my 2 week fills, between the quality of product and excellence of the entire staff I am confident in my recommendation and 5 star review!

Lizzy is my lash artist and her work is phenomenal 🔥🔥 She has done my lashes for over a year and I have never been disappointed! They are very welcoming, clean and use the best products! The work these ladies do there is top notch ! I will never go anywhere else! I promise you will not be disappointed!

I have been a client of Lizzy’s for about 2 years and she is absolutely incredible. Her work is perfection and she also happens to be one of the sweetest people I know. All the artists there are amazing people and they are all very good at what they do. I have been seeing Lizzy for two years now at Lashes. It’s always a good experience (I often fall asleep) and she works with my busy schedule. My lashes are always on point plus she can do any style from bold and voluminous to naturally elegant. I travel quite a ways because this place never disappoints.
