I am only leaving one star, for the lady who helped me a few weeks ago on a Thursday afternoon. She was fantastic! Since then, I've come back several times and on different days wanting to buy the full-sized jar of what "Thursday Lady" gave me a sample of. Not once was I offered help. The shelves have been empty and in disarray every time. This last time, not only was I not greeted or asked if I needed help finding something, I spent 30 minutes walking around with the product I wanted in hand. The employees were standing around talking amongst themselves in the perfume section, and none even looked at me. When I went to check out I browsed the travel size products, while waiting for the customer ahead of me to check out. The cashier was super bubbly and friendly to her and her father, and even gave her some freebies. When it was my turn I got, "Are you done yet?" In a tone as if I was wasting her time. Then I got "That's it?" Also in a rude tone. After entering my phone number and handing her the money, the cashier turned to another cashier and started talking to her. No thanks for shopping with us, or have a nice day. Just put my bagged product (that was $57, not a $10 lipgloss) and ignored me. If I shop at an Ulta again, it won't be the one in Cocoa Plum Plaza. I think Sephora and the brand's website will be getting my business from now on.

Sharron is an absolutely brilliant and wonderful lady; she gave me great skin care advice and recommendations 😊 I needed help with my makeup for my upcoming wedding and she was able to provide a very sweet and supportive discussion as well as match my shade to the correct foundation for my skin! If you are looking for good customer service you’re not getting it here. I love Ulta. When I say I LOVE Ulta I have been shopping here for years and all across the USA as you can tell from my previous reviews. Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable inside an Ulta. I wasn’t offered help until the very end after visually being frustrated and an employee saw I had my phone open writing this review. I work retail as well, I’m not expecting the world from these employees but the "mean girl energy" I received from not 1 but FOUR employees was insane to me. I go to spend my hard earned money on products I love. I shop in store to make sure colors match and to test consistency and quality of the products, I don’t shop in store to be followed around and starred at with out any type of conversation just extremely uncomfortable and disturbing energy. At one point of the trip I was looking in an isle and the young lady in the white coat walked all the way across the store to the isle I was in with no products didn’t stop any where in the isle at anything genuinely walked over and by me and walked right back to her co worker where they continued giggling with each other for the next 30 minutes. To be following a customer around the store and starting at her without offering any help or anything while said customer isn’t even carrying a bag/purse and has pants without pockets that are tight but was treated like someone stealing was extremely beyond disrespectful.Before that even happened the same young lady in the white coat was coming down the isle with products very rudely rolling her eyes at other customers walking by in the isle so I politely stepped to the side and told her "you first please" because I wasn’t trying to be in her way and thought maybe if I the customer go out of my way for the worker the vibes might change, but oh boy was I wrong! I was returned with just such a nasty attitude for no reason. I felt so uncomfortable during my trip I asked my husband to come in the store and walk around with me without explaining the situation to him (Im autistic so public setting with aggressive people can freak me out) I just genuinely didn’t want to be alone anymore and one of the ladies who was apart of the 4 girls ended up checking us out. After the transaction my husband asked me out the door "what was up with her attitude why was she so rude" which led me to just laugh and decide to write this review because as someone coming to spend a good amount of my money in the shop and have never had a problem like this at any Ulta ever I just felt like something should be said and people should be better trained in customer service because now I sadly will never come to this shop again and I’ll make sure other girls and other people spending money here are well aware of what they’re walking into. If you appreciate good customer service and don’t like to feel harassed you’re whole shopping trip I highly suggest making a trip to a different Ulta or just ordering online because something that was suppose to be an early birthday present to go have a shopping spree in Ulta turned into you know what why don’t we return the items and just order online or shop in a different Ulta. And don’t get me wrong like I said LOVEEEEE Ulta this has nothing to do with products this has to do with this specific store and employees and I hope no customer ever has to experience what I did today or gets treated like that by a couple girls who work customer service and feel obligated to make women feel uncomfortable in a place we should feel hyped up or at least feel welcomed for the bare minimum.

I was in this Ulta a couple weeks ago, and if I could, I would give this Ulta a zero. It was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I was never checked on once as I was trying to find my way around the store. Once I finished gathering everything I needed, I headed up to the front, where I saw two employees just on their phones. They didn’t notice me for five minutes. Once one of them did, she sent me down to the last register. I gave her my mother’s phone number, since the whole point of me going there was to use my mother’s points—which she didn’t want to expire—to buy shampoo and conditioner. The lady asked for an ID, and I let her know it was my mom’s account. She very rudely told me I couldn’t use her points. I spent over $200 just because I wasn’t "allowed" to use my mother’s points. Absolutely ridiculous—I will never be going back. They should be able to link families’ accounts together, or just not require an ID. The lady that helped me should not be working here if she doesn’t know how to control her attitude.

Today I was in and was helped by Maureen, she was so friendly and helpful! She helped me find what I needed and gave me some great makeup tips. If you need any help in the store she’s a great go to! Love this store and great customer service always. 🫶🏼

I make order for my wife for Vday. It took 3 weeks for delivery. Yes they apologized but I missed big.

Took my gf Carla here for a hair cut and brow service. Jennifer was her stylist tonight she did a awesome job. Thank you for making her feel great and comfortable.
