The man at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive towards me with no reasoning. Would not recommend coming here with this service.

If I could give them no stars I will, but their customer service specially JOHN’S customer service is good, he is funny and really keeps an eye on his clients, HOWEVER I wanted to write this review. Because of the lack of knowledge and experince my stylist had with textured hair, 3a to 3b like mine and my hair is thick and full. They do NOT specialize in textured hair, let me explain my reasons: - I wanted a hair color that consist of red and violets. -I explained my hair journey so they know exactly what to expect - they said they can do it - they did not take care of my hair during the detangling process, they use forced the brushes through my hair like it was the most tangled thing in life. - they say I have very coarse or curly hair my hair is 3a-3b you wash it and is less thick………so I was confused - than the hairstylist couldn’t even recommended something for my hair because he was not knowledgeable on textured hair like mine I think they are used to straight and fine hair textures only because than he expressed that the hair lines they use at the salon are only for fine hair so they won’t be beneficial in my hair - the process ended and it was time to blow dry - before blowing drying my hair was still dark I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see it dry I started seeing it dry during the blowing drying process and it was dark, No signs of red no signs of violet it was very very very very slightly red in some parts it was lighter it was just not it. I cut the blow drying process short because I was already devastated so the hairstylist wasn’t able to finish the blow dry. And he was rushing my blow dry on top of that because apparently he had to be done with me in 30 minutes To go get his lunch I’m assuming or he had someone else idk but everything started been rushed after the hairstylist was devastated it didn’t come out right, I was devastated. And all the hair stylist said is "everyone hair is different" EXCUSE ME?! You are the hair stylist once you saw how dark my hair was and given your experince you should had known "no it’s not duable" " we have to lift the hair very light" and explain any damages that may occur. But to play with my head and then just that "it didn’t come out as "expected" card? It is not acceptable. This happened yesterday My supposedly "blow dryed" hair is TODAY already lifting at the front. Like this is a blow dry I could do in my home..

Angelo is a fantastic stylist and I love the way he colors my hair every time and his blow dry is fantastic My girls love to come here to get their hair done. Highly recommended!

The best haircut I’ve had in ages. Such a nice place, wonderfully welcoming, and an awesome haircut. I’ll certainly be back.
