Hair dressers like this are the reason why I don’t get my haircut very often. I went in for a haircut and very clearly explained how I wanted my hair cut. I showed her reference pictures of my own hair from a haircut that I did like, told her that I only wanted about an inch or two cut, and my stylist completely ignored that and just went snip happy with her scissors. She ultimately cut about 5 inches off my hair which I did not want cut off. I told her that due to the wavy texture of my hair, it looks super poofy when it’s cut too short, but she cut it all off anyway. The receptionist even made a passing comment saying "oh wow! You’re doing a big chop today!" Which made my stomach drop because I hadn’t seen how much was cut off yet. Giving 2 stars because my hair did look ok when it was styled and blow dried, but I never blow dry my hair. My stylist even asked me how I normally style my hair and I told her that I usually air dry it with a texture mousse to bring out my natural wave pattern, but she still only cut it with the blow dry in mind. I think she ignored my requests and cut my hair how she thought her social media page would like, as she took before and after videos of my head (without asking first). Now I’m just stuck with poofy triangle-shaped hair for a while.

I tried Tony randomly because I needed to fix a bad cut and he had an opening at a convenient time. I think I finally found someone who is not afraid to recommend a change, make a suggestion on what would look good although it's a complete change of style and execute the cut impeccably. It is rare that I come home after a haircut and don't have to fix it up with a youtube video. Very happy thanks Tony!

I’ve been coming to Fulham Salon for a year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ihor is a master with my fine, tricky hair! The team is incredibly responsive when booking, and the service is fast, friendly, and high-quality. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants expert hair care without spending the entire day in a chair.

Amazing salon! Igor is just great! I get so many compliments on my haircut, he suggested me to keep my natural color and advised on natural products that keep my salt and pepper color vibrant! Thank you 😊

**Editing this review after calling the salon and speaking with the owner. He was very understanding and accommodating to my concerns which is much appreciated. To the receptionist who responds to these reviews, you may want to consider a career path that is not in the service industry as your response was rude and inconsiderate to someone who paid a lot of money for a bad haircut. The length was discussed to be "1/4 of an inch" then she turned the chair around and did not let me see the cut until it was completely done and blow dried so it certainly was not agreed on to take 2 inches. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT agree to angles as this is NEVER something I ask for. I attached some images of the hair cut since you accused me of writing a "harmful and misleading review"** Easily one of the worst haircuts I have had. I asked for a simple trim (straight cut, no layers, no angles) and she cut around 2 inches which was very hard to swallow considering my hair grows incredibly slow. She did a very awkward angle in the front and cut was choppy and uneven. I give 2 stars because the staff was very friendly and the stylist was obviously new. Considering I paid $80 (not including tip) for an amateur hair cut I was quite disappointed.

Went to see Igor for a full highlight. He was very critical of details when coloring my hair, which I love! He toned it a little too light for my liking, but was able to squeeze me in next day to correct it. He corrected it beautifully, 10/10 service from him and the team for being so accommodating and understanding!

Absolutely thrilled with the service and results we received at Fulham for my son's perm! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to listen to my son's preferences and offered valuable suggestions. The stylist Boyana was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, delivering a perm that exceeded our expectations. My son's hair looks fantastic and he couldn't be happier with the outcome. We will definitely be returning to Fulham for all our future hair needs. Highly recommend! A+++++++
