Ava was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to coloring my hair. I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted, but she truly made my hair dreams come true. She took the time to educate me and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. She was so kind, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone who has a vague idea of what they want but needs help shaping the vision and bringing it to life.

I saw Lydia for the nano infusion service! She was amazing! She was gentle, kind, knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure! I left with glowing skin and I can’t wait for my next spa treatment with her!❤️

I continue to fly back here from Cincinnati to get my hair done by Nicole. I’m so incredibly picky over anyone doing my hair, and not only does she hit the nail on the head every time, she’s incredibly knowledgeable about different care for different hair types. I usually walk in feeling uneasy about how my hair is looking since our last appointment, and she always reassures my concerns- without even knowing I have them. She’s the only stylist I’ve ever known who cares to pull off exactly (to a T) what you want done, and has the skills to make it happen! So incredibly thankful for you, Nicole!

I had a luxury blowout appointment at 3:45 pm. I got there at 3:41 pm and checked in. The stylist didn’t get to me until 4:10 pm. When she finally came to get me, she didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting for 25 minutes , no apology, nothing. While a bunch of people came after me and got their hair washed. I understand every stylist has their schedule but I was just waiting without any acknowledgment I got my hair blown out and I chose the luxury service, but honestly it felt like a regular blow dry with some product. I asked for bounce and volume, which I didn’t feel I got. When I got home (and I don’t live far from the salon), my hair was already back to looking like it was just brushed out, nothing special. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this salon.

It doesn’t feel nice to leave a bad review but I got a haircut here a month ago - it’s a beautiful salon and the staff are so pleasant but I left with a very uneven, weird haircut that’s left me super depressed. I asked for my existing bangs to be angled and trimmed with slight face framing layers and instead I got a huge chunk of my long hairs that took years to grow out turned into bangs when that’s not what I asked for. As for the layers, I have random pieces from the middle sections that were cut into bob length when the rest of my hair goes to my tailbone. You don’t pay money to have it look like your hair broke off. The face framing pieces are totally different in length and density. It’s all around a really weird haircut and just not what I asked for. I can’t even put my hair in a claw clip anymore without looking weird because of the random middle pieces she snipped into bob length. It’s just upsetting.

I really enjoyed my experience at Blondie! Lisa was knowledgeable patient and very gentle. The salon is clean, with a happy atmosphere and is very professional.

This salon is really cute. The staff are super attentive and always checking in to see if you need a drink or snack! Tamryn is such an amazing stylist. I followed her from another salon because she always aces it. I’m obsessed with my color and cut!
