My favorite hair salon in OC! The owners Ty and Stephany are so sweet and friendly and so talented! Chris does my hair and does a phenomenal job! Very professional and talented 10/10 recommend!

Person name is Chris Pedroarena he is such awesome person I have met in this barber shop he has very nice attitude if you wana look like model go to him for boy he will make your hair like prince and for ladies he will make your hairstyle like princess . Terrible haircut and service. Had hairs that were cut from the root. I left crying. Would not recommend and will not be back.

I brought my 14 year old daughter in for a hair cut yesterday to Chris to prepare for first day , we provided a picture and he over cut her bangs horribly. She hasn't stopped crying. When I called to share feedback she starting arguing with me instead of giving some customer care or maybe bringing her back to fix it. so disapointed in the customer care, I WILL NEVER go back. Mistakes happen how you treat a customer is another thing, it is the treatment not the mistake that leads me to this decision. I had gone before to Chris and personally speaking I got a great cut. But being treated like the wrong doer by the person answering the phone was heartless

Thank you, Kim! I was a little nervous because of the density of jungle on my head she had to cut through, and it was my first time working with her. My last haircut was in February and I have thick hair. I am so happy my friend recommended her! Kim’s attention to detail and experience are clearly evident the moment she gets to work. I’m from the east coast and will fly out for my next haircut from only the best, Kim. The salon was spotless, Covid-19 ready/compliant, and the staff was super-friendly.

These people are jerks, with special emphasis on the owner. He was rude and unkind to a friend who went in to treat herself to a nice cut at an "upscale" salon. Turns out money doesn't equal class. Ty refused to cut her hair and when she told him that she's aware she's "keenly aware she's middle-aged, unattractive, and overweight," he replied that she's not overweight. Like, WTAF. The owner is as rotten as last week's potatoes and should be censured. Do better, Ty. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The color was horrible. I asked for a natural looking bronde and it was streaks of highlighter yellow over my natural brown. I think he was in such a hurry that he really over-processed my hair. It was pretty traumatic. I wish he would have just told me he needed to reschedule and taken the time he needed to do a good job. I went to another salon the next day and got a honey-colored gloss to achieve a more natural hair color, but it did not undo the damage of going so light so quickly. Save your money and go to a better salon.
