I cannot say enough good things about The Blonding Boutique and Katie. In just 5 hours, she transformed my hair. I walked in my father’s daughter — a Middle Eastern brunette — and walked out my mother’s daughter: a Scandinavian blonde. Another salon told me upfront that blonde wasn’t possible in one sitting and would take 6 months, while another said they couldn’t make me blonde, maybe orange at best — and advised me to find a blonding specialist. When I called Blonding Boutique, Katie picked up right away, gave me an honest consultation, and broke down the cost and time clearly. Both were drastically less than what I’d been told elsewhere. The whole experience was amazing. I was able to get work done from my laptop while my hair processed, and Katie provided me with clear after-care instructions and top-tier products to keep my hair hydrated. During the appointment, she never pushed me to chop off my length as most stylists do when you bleach hair, which I appreciated. She said that it’s not necessary, and proceeded to give me a tiny trim to help with my split ends. I’m already planning to come back to try more shades of blonde, and I’m eyeing her extension work next — the before & afters are unreal. 10/10. Five stars. Katie has a lifelong client in me. I got extension installation done with Katie--sweet, honest, and experienced! I could not believe how fast I was out of there, and my hair blended great. The entire experience at this salon with others like Jen, was great, she is so welcoming and genuine. I recommend!

I had a color mishap a day before at another salon and thought my hair was beyond repair, but Katie worked magic! She listened to my concerns, came up with a plan and blended everything perfectly. Absolutely the best experience ever! I brought my 16 year old daughter in for a color correction before her 1st day of 10th grade. Katie met with us for a consultation and explained the entire process, making my very nervous daughter feel at ease. My daughter's self confidence was not very high due to her curly, previously boxed dye hair. Katie originally said the process would take 3 plus hours, however she had her done in less than 3. The pricing was spot on with what was originally quoted and priceless to see the happiness on my daughters face and overall demeaner. I will highly recommend The Blonding Boutique to anyone looking for blonde and color corrections.

Katie and her daughter were so sweet from the moment I walked in and listened to exactly what I was looking for. These girls are AMAZING! If you can get an appointment you should snag it ASAP because they are incredible and highly sought after. I went in for my free consultation not quite sure what I wanted to do to fix my hair, and Katie instantly knew everything she was going to do. When I went for my actual appointment, she was ready to and Katie and Becca tag teamed my massive amounts of hair, blonding it to perfection. I really wanted someone who specialized in blondes because blonde can be tricky and I am very picky with my hair, and these ladies absolutely nailed it. It came out even better than I was hoping and I am actually excited to go back and get my roots done because they were so nice. The Blonding Boutique is very cute, very clean, and they are so so nice and talented. 100% recommend this place- if you are looking for a salon stop now and book with them.
