Newport Beauty Salon

I drove all the way from San Diego to get my haircut with Minoo, but I’m very unhappy with the result. The cut is not at all what I asked for, and it’s not even symmetrical—one side is longer than the other, and some parts of my hair are noticeably uneven. I had told her I came from far away, but she didn’t take the time to properly check my haircut. She was rushing, working on multiple clients at the same time, and didn’t give me the attention I needed after such a long drive. On top of that, her attitude was not nice or professional. I will not be going back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great customer service and great stylists. The salon is clean and has a modern interior design. Great location and management.

I am so impressed with the level of customer care from the owner Polly. I had called to explain a situation I had with a previous stylist that left me very turned off and disappointed ( from another salon). She than connected me with a stylist and an appointment for a consultation within the week. I am so excited to get my hair done here! But WOOW with the customer service. Thanks Polly!
