Aesthetically pleasing, prices are affordable. Mia was literally so nice, and she understood everything I asked. Best facial I ever gotten done. Joyce explained everything in detailed and was patient with me and I went ahead and purchased a package. You will not regret it !
This place is clean, has private treatment rooms and some of the lowest prices when you buy their package. HOWEVER, the treatments are inconsistent, depending on the esthetician you get (Gigi is thorough with her extractions). And while you get the facial, they frequently try to upsell you. One time, when I went with my husband who was in the other room, they said that he had agreed to an additional service and if I wanted that same service, which I still declined. Afterwards, my husband told me that his esthetician lied that I had agreed to getting the additional service in order to get him to buy it. Another time, we were hackled for more tips — they insisted we pay at least 20% and wouldn’t let us leave until we did. Most recently, my husband made an appointment with Gigi. About 20 min before his appointment, when he was already on his way, he was informed that Gigi wasn’t available. The other esthetician who ended up doing his facial apparently already had another client, because his facial felt cursory and he was left waiting in the room for most of his 1-hour facial. When he shared this experience with the management, they refused to acknowledge the bad experience. Considering that my husband and I had been loyal customers for years (despite the upselling tactics), this response and poor customer service were very disappointing. This was the final straw; we will not go back anymore.
Great place for facials, I’ve been going regularly for almost 2 years now! They do a great job with extractions and I always leave feeling fresh. Yes, they will try to upsell you but just say no if you don’t want that service
This is a wonderful spa. I hadn’t used up my facial package from a few years ago and they contacted me twice out of the blue to remind me. Their new location is much roomier, the music soothing and meditative and Helen, my masseuse, pretty remarkable. With just the basic facial my skin was completely deep cleaned and felt much much better. Terrific massage too.
I cannot recommend this facial studio enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a calming, spotless space that instantly puts you at ease. Everything is incredibly clean and well-maintained — you can really tell they take pride in creating a relaxing environment. What sets this place apart is the care and attention they give to each client. They don’t just go through the motions — they take their time explaining every step of the process, what products they're using, and why. It makes the experience feel really personalized and educational. You leave not just glowing, but also understanding how to better care for your skin. The deep cleansing facials are seriously next-level — my skin has never felt so clear and refreshed. Their packages are super affordable, which makes it easy to keep coming back regularly. My personal favorite is Mia. She is an absolute gem — gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, I’ve been seeing her for a few years. She has a magic touch and always makes sure I feel comfortable and cared for. Every session with her feels like a true reset for my skin and my soul. If you’re looking for a place that combines skill, cleanliness, affordability, and true care — this is it. And definitely ask for Mia!
is a Horrible place that I ever went to. once u get inside, their girls keep selling you different Masks, even u told them You don't need it. They keep adding to your face. Me and my daughter schedule for a regular facial only cost $69. They keep adding something to your face when we refuse to take it. .....at the end. both of bill end up $590 (not including Tips yet)
Tl;dr - If you can take the pain and want someone to CLEAN UP your face? SAMMI IS YOUR GIRL. I can't really comment on anything else, because that's the only reason why I go see her. If what you want is someone who will take the time and effort to make sure that they get EVERYTHING out? Sammi is THE one to go to. My purpose for coming to see Sammi isn't for a "relaxing spa" visit. It's an intervention. A lifeline to my panicking vanity and need for immediate gratification. If you can take the pain, Sammi will meticulously get out all those little things that you can both see and feel on your face, despite others saying that they can't see it. That little covered whitehead on your forehead that only really shows after coming out of the shower, but you can still feel with your fingertips? She'll get it out. The giant angry pimple? She'll drain it out. To me, getting a facial from Sammi is what I wished dermatologist visits would be like. As with any good extraction, your face might be a little red or irritated for a day or two. But after that? Smooth. And honestly, my face is never as red as I think it will be given all the extractions. When I try to extract some of the more surfaced acne after the shower, I always end up getting them red and very angry, often leading to scarring. And that's despite using tissues and qtips. With Sammi, that never happens. There's a reason I've been coming to see her once every couple of months for over a decade. Regarding some of the other reviews talking about upsell tactics, I can't really comment. Because I whole-heartedly trust Sammi and just go with whatever package that she suggests to me, which pretty much includes all the options. So I don't get the upsell pitches. It's not like I'm a spender and have a lot of money to spend. I just treat each visit as an investment for my skin, and I do pay a lot of attention to my skin. Even if I went to a dermatologist and paid out of pocket for extractions (since it will be considered cosmetic and wont' be covered), not only would it be a lot more expensive, it wouldn't be as thorough as with Sammi either. I haven't tried any other service other than the facials with Sammi so can't comment on those. But I do know that if you're a pragmatic person that want your skin cleaned out, SAMMI is the one.
