Izzy helped me out today. She was kind and knowledgable. She was busy doing something else and took the time out to assist me with my needs. I'm not sure of the lady who checked me out but she was also very sweet.

Can't recommend Melissa S. in the salon enough!! I've been going to her for years for all my vibrant hair color whims and she's fabulous with color!! She also did my first pixie cut! She always tries her best to get the look you want but she's also honest about what is possible/achievable based on where you hair is at so your expectations are clear. If you're looking for a new stylist, book an appointment with her! You won't be disappointed!

I am disappointed with my recent salon visit. The stylist, Pamela, wasn't who I booked with online but it wasnt a big deal since it was my first time at this location. I asked for bangs and a rod set. Unfortunately my bangs were cut wayyy too short. I specifically mentioned that if she were cutting my hair before washing it while it was straight, to cut it longer since I usually wear it curly. That request wasn’t followed. She parted it, twisted it, and straight across cut it and that was it. Now my bangs don’t work well with my natural hair at all! The roller set actually came out decent but I was so upset about my bangs that I wanted to just leave to wash and style my hair at home. She told me she wanted to fix it since I was there, so we agreed on her washing it again and just defining my curls. The other stylist told her that my hair needed to be soaking wet when she put the product in but she didnt listen to that either. She just rinsed my hair, towel dried it, and patted product in my hair. I wish I would've taken a picture right after I left but I was extremely traumatized. This picture is the next morning after I washed my hair.

If i could give this store 0 stars i would. The only thing good i was greeted when i walked in from someone behind the counter. My sister and I walk around the store for 20 mins not one person ask if we needed any help. I was looking for two products that were not on the floor. We found one of the products my sister wants. When we came up to the counter, I’m guess it was shift change it was like we was bothering them instead of someone asking did we need help. One the young lady start checking us out i asked about the makeup I was looking for, the young lady ask does she go look in the back for the item, the lady with keys tell her to bring her keys back even though the young lady looked confused. The customer service in this store needs a complete overhaul. This really has been a problem with most ultra i have been too and i really hate giving business to customers service like this. I was very disappointed with this today

Chloe: gem of person All thanks to Chloe for taking the time to listen to my concerns and patiently went above and beyond trying different products until we saw the actual results that I was looking for. She was very kind, an excellent listener, and humble, never rushing me even when I had many questions. I'm so grateful for the personalized advice and valuable tips she provided on caring for my skin and applying makeup, it was truly helpful.

This Ulta off Hwy 6 is now my go to location. The store is clean and has everything presented nicely. The staff are friendly and are willing to help. Olly was the staff member that helped me. She knew her perfumes very well and could tell me everything I needed to know about them. I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep. Great job Olly.
