Leigh did an amazing job on my Balayage touch up! I showed her my inspiration pictures and she asked me all the questions as to what I liked about the pictures and also what tone I was looking for (warm, cool or neutral). I have very thin curly hair and I expressed my concern about a previous balayage I had done at a different salon that turned out like all over highlights rather than a balayage that allows for more dimensional, sun-kissed color. I could tell from the start, she was on the same page and understood what look I was going for. She was incredibly personable while we chatted as she went about her work. In the end I was overjoyed at the results! She nailed it! She blended the highlights perfectly so I didn't have that "just dyed" look and also made it so that as it grows out, there wouldn't be a definite line between the new outgrowth and treated hair. She also informed me that all of the information about what she did to achieve this look for me would be saved and shared salon-wide so that I would be able to repeat the coloring with seamless results with any stylist! I will definitely return to this salon for future touch ups and other hair services! Highly recommend!

Elle did such a great job with my hair. When I booked my appointment, I noted that I wanted to dye it dark brown. When I arrived at the salon, she took the time to ask what specific shade I was going for, and I showed her a reference image. She followed up by asking whether I wanted the color to lean warm, cool, or neutral, and I told her neutral. She knew exactly what to do. Since most dark brown dyes tend to run warm, she even consulted with more experienced stylists to make sure the formula would reduce warmth and achieve the look I wanted. Between whoever she consulted and Elle’s execution, the result was absolutely spot on and couldn’t have turned out better. I love my hair so much, and my husband, friends, and family all love it too! As a bonus, Elle and I got to chat about books we’ve read and are currently reading, which made the whole experience even more fun. I couldn’t be happier. I also want to note that the cost of my service was lower than $140-$160, but with the tip I included it jumped to that range.

If I could go here to get my bridal updos done for the rest of my life, I would. Theresa and Leigh were absolute LIFESAVERS, they made my hair look excellent on a short timeline, and my curls are STILL around days later. I could not be happier with my service here. Wish I lived closer so I could come more often. Thank you ladies!!

My fiancée got her nails done here for our wedding and they didn’t last five days. She broke it just scratching an itch. When we asked if they could fix the nail, Sam was curt and rude over the phone, seeming annoyed to even be asked, even though my fiancée’s nail tech said if anything happened they would fix the nail for free. They tried to "offer" her a time at the end of the day, even though we told them we were leaving in the morning. If we’re going to spend this much time and money on nails, they need to last longer and your customer service needs to be kinder.

We have never experienced such an unprofessional manicure and pedicure before. We found unacceptable that trainees were allowed to practice on us!!! I even had to cut my toenails myself, and no one seemed to be bothered by that. In the end, we were still asked how much we would like to leave as a tip… One star is to much! The cashiers are trying to cheat me by charging me more for the service that I have not received. Manager ain't do anything. Thank goodness the owner came to the rescue. She helped go through the bill and was able to solve the issue.

I got a perm with a level 7 stylist , when she was taking the rods off she pulled them instead of unraveling, what was she thinking? ;they didn't ask for a picture of how I wanted the curls, and now my hair looks like if I had a very bad straightener treatment, i haven’t workout to not make it sweaty, no moisturizing treatments or oils, haven put it in a bun and now it looks like Morgan Freeman’s hair, If you dont know how to do a procedure, dont do it, the hair is the frame our face, really considering to shave my head… not going back to that levels salon that is just good to charge and take long on shampoos The #3 is the current mess
