If I could give zero stars I would. I am so upset at the level of costumer service I was treated with the day of 12/14/25. When I arrived at the counter I wasn’t greeted appropriately at all and was met with a bunch of unnecessary attitude… (rolling of the eyes, kissing teeth), she mentioned a rewards program and I asked her what that entails and she told me to read the sign upfront, which I had already read which is why I asking for more details so I can see if this membership rewards account is worth having. Anyways, I’m home now and I open the box to take my wig out and I see the SECURITY TAG is still on there. I was at that counter for more than 5 minutes. I live in Fort Lauderdale. It was already a bit of a drive to go there, my grandmother was with me mind you and of course we are now going to have to go back because the security tag RIPPED my wig that I was so excited for. This whole ordeal is very upsetting and I will not be spending my hard earned money on a company that clearly doesn’t value having employees that value costumer service or even the common decency to check items before you just throw them in the bag ! I get we’re all tired but that was not cool or nice at all and it actually ruined my whole experience with this company that I drive so far to experience smh ! I will be coming back for a refund !

Beauty Master in Miami Gardens is any beauty lover’s dream—all in one shop! The store is huge, and I could easily spend hours here without getting bored. They have everything—hair color, wigs, treatments, makeup, perfume, even clothes. I loved the massive selection and how organized everything was. The best part? They have testers so you can try before you buy. I picked up a perfume and a cute little eyeshadow palette, and I’m obsessed. I’ll definitely be back!

The best beauty supply store in the area. Check their website for coupons and sales! I was so surprised at the selection. They have everything from hair to accessories, a few clothing items like socks, and cute jeans. The hair products though? They have it all! Oils, conditioners, shampoos, co washes, deep conditioning treatments, smoothing systems, color, and more. All are arranged conveniently by brand names. I found my favorite place to restock on my hair care items.

Very clean and organized store. Love that I can view the bundle availability without having to ask someone behind the counter. Kahla was very nice and signed me up for rewards. Will be back.

The store offers a wide variety of products including hair, accessories, skincare, makeup, clothing, and jewelry. It's a one stop shop for beauty essentials and more. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the shopping experience even better. One suggestion would be to add price tags to more items, as many products are unmarked and it's inconvenient to keep asking or wait until checkout. Overall, it's a promising spot, and I’m looking forward to the grand opening!

Beauty Master is honestly one of my go-to hair stores. Everything is really affordable, which I love, and the store is super organized, so it’s easy to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. The products are laid out nicely, and it just makes shopping there way less stressful. Overall, it’s a solid store with good prices and a clean setup. I’d definitely recommend it.

I went to see what the hype was about this new beauty supply store and when I tell you it blew my mind. They have EVERYTHING! Don’t go anywhere else, they have what you need here.
