I had such a wonderful experience with Ricky! From the moment I sat in his chair, he made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. We laughed the whole time — he has such a warm, friendly, and genuinely pleasant personality that made the entire appointment so enjoyable. What impressed me most was how attentive he was throughout the haircut. He checked in with me step by step to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted, and he was incredibly careful and detail-oriented the entire time. I truly felt listened to and cared for. I left feeling happy, confident, and completely satisfied with the result. Ricky is amazing — highly recommend him and the salon for both the quality of work and the very nice experience!

I had my hair cut today by Danny Jelaca in Miami Beach, and I can honestly say it was the best haircut I have ever had. I have had my hair cut in top salons in New York, Los Angeles, and London, so my expectations are high. Danny exceeded them in every way. His eye for shape, balance, and detail is extraordinary. The cut is precise yet effortless, polished yet natural. He understood exactly what would suit my face and lifestyle without me needing to over explain. That level of instinct and mastery is rare. If you are looking for a truly world class haircut in Miami Beach, Danny Jelaca is the real deal. I will not let anyone else touch my hair.

Bianca is THAT girl when it comes to hair, especially blondes. I’ve been going to Bianca for over five years in Beverly Hills and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair (or life). From day one, she has made me feel like a star by working her magic and elevating my look. As a natural brunette, Bianca ensures that my platinum blonde is heathy and full of shine. Her extension work is honestly unmatched. My last set lasted six full months! The color match was perfect and they looked so natural. No one knew I was wearing extensions. If you’re looking for luxury, longevity, and someone who truly knows what they’re doing — Bianca is your girl! Her talent and expertise is unmatched.

I had an extremely stressful experience here and do not recommend. My hair treatment (a Cezanne treatment) took 7+ hours (was supposed to take approx 3) and was not done properly. I missed my plans for the evening as a result. There is something extremely off about the owner. I should have just left when I entered the salon and he ignored me, failing to make eye contact or greet me, as I stood there for nearly 10 minutes while he checked out a customer. He could have said "hello, I'll be right with you." While having my treatment, the atmosphere was chaotic. My stylist was overbooked and rushing, handling another client and disappearing at times. At one point, I was seated next to a child throwing a tantrum getting a haircut for 20 minutes. Didn't feel like a high end salon... When I booked the treatment, the price said $400. They asked for $500, which I refused to pay. See attached screenshots from the website. I fully anticipate some long-winded, defensive response from the owner; he's off-putting and creepy, and that's what I received via email when I reached out. Notably, there was no apology for the stress, the time lost, etc.

I have been to so many salons around the world and I have never experienced such amazing Customer Service . My hair turned black from box color and was completely ruined and so thin. Dayron transformed my hair and was so compassionate to my situation. The Entire experience at DannyJelaca was so amazing. I left with a sense of confidence and I will never go to another salon.
