I went In yesterday to get a new hair cut and a gloss/tone. I have had highlights done here before and it was great but this time was horrible. The hair cut turned out okay I will say she didn’t NOT offer to style it what so ever (curtain bangs need styled) she rinsed my hair multiple times with FREEZING water not waiting for it to warm up- she RIPPED the brush through my hair holding it and just tearing up the ends. I almost asked her to stop and use a comb like normal hair stylist. Worst experience ever. She was told not to leave the toner on for the full 20 minutes and I personally kept track of the time knowing my own hair- she left me for 33 minutes with toner on my hair making it over toned. When she asked for "help" she had multiple workers giving their opinions including the OWNER who said "she’s just going to have a lot of different colors" umm excuses me?? I came in with 1 color BLONDE and I left with MULTIPLE SHADES OF BLONDE including green. Hair ruined. The OWNER SAID "Its fine". NO ITS NOT- this is my hair. Very unprofessional the owner was more concerned about her vacation and selling her clothes than her clients and workers. This left me to have to clarify shampoo my own hair removing the toner and redo it myself. I asked to get rid of the blonde I wanted to tone it darker and she insisted she can’t do anything without bleach! I WANTED DARKER NOT LIGHTER WHY WOULD YOU USE BLEACH🤬🤬🤬 Fed up with this salon and there supposedly "good reputation" Scamming old lady’s left and right Unprofessional completely unprofessional Paid $60 to have my hair ruined! Thank you so much! Oh and not to mention the lady that called to complain while I was in office the owner had her on speaker for everyone to hear- didn’t offer any type of help just said "sorry that happened" and then proceeded to talk about it with her coworkers when the lady hung up! SO PROFESSIONAL 🥱😂👏🏼👏🏼 I’m not the only client leaving this salon to find somewhere else- multiple people have had bad experiences here.

I am so very lucky to have Kimberly as my stylist! She is fantastic at what she does with color, highlighting and cuts! Fringe is a wonderful salon!

Chris did an absolutely AMAZING job on my nails! I had 8 week old gel nails and she got me in the next day and made my experience the best I’ve had in a while! Schedule an appointment with her, you won’t be disappointed!

Shout out to Kim! It has been a LONG time since I have even liked my hair, but now I just love it. I am highly motivated now to actually do something with it every day. Thank you for the spectacular cut and color, and you better not leave me 🙂

My stylist Nikki is off on maternity leave and I walked in late Friday and they were bombed as we used to say and a lady came upfront to tell me that it'd be a bit but she'd get me done. Amazing job!! And I find out she's one of the owners. Thanks Karen, now I know you and Danielle!! And I know a great church if you're new to Mesquite, Calvary Chapel!!

Went in for a cut and color and Kim Davis did a fabulous job. Staff was friendly and wait time just a few minutes. I have gotten so many compliments and I am truly happy with my new do. Highly recommend Kim and Fringe Salon.

I had a haircut, color and highlights done be Desirae, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Being new to town, I was searching for a salon that I could trust, and I'm so glad I found this place. The service was wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!
