When I first received the hair it felt good soft and silky. However, not a whole month my hair was frizzy, tangled, and shed a hell of a lot. Furthermore, the texture was supposed to be body wave but lost texture quick. The good part is there prices are great and the bundle inches seemed true to length and the closures are a great size! But, I’m not sure if I will purchase again.

Great service but quite expensive 4 it to be prom time knowing u are making sales and more expensive than other hair boutiques that sale same quality hair first time for my daughter n few other refered will come back but feel should offer specials for first time / repeated/referrals if not lower prices maybe 20dollars ....ijs 😍 service n store was great excellent better than most young lady had great customer service for her age 😉 just based on past n present experience with the 18-28 age group 😂😍 again ijs ... It feels good to be treated with kindness n respect when ur spending 200 plus dollars that also helps to over look well not complain about higher prices and I love to support my own and small business on the way to become Big .... GOD BLESS ... She had wonderful time and loved the hair

When I first purchased the hair a couple weeks ago it was pretty & soft. I thought I finally found some good quality hair. Now since its been installed I absolutely hate it. It sheds a whole lot, it tangles and it’s very dry looking.

I’ve previously purchased hair from here before and never had a problem, but the most recent time the hair was terrible. I went back and showed them how the hair turned out and was told it’d be replaced by the next week. Well it’s been a month and every time I call they tell me it’ll be at the end of the current week and then I don’t hear from them again.

When I first purchased the hair it was soft & had the body wave texture. The bundles looked rather thin, but I dismissed it because sometimes bundles look that way but end up being enough. I like to condition my bundles before I put them in so I did & the hair NEVER waved back up. I bought body wave but ended up with straight hair. It sheds like crazy & even with it flat ironed, all day I’m brushing the hair to keep it from being tangled. The hair is very oily & ends up looking like stringy white people hair. The wefts & hair are thin so my stylist had to "stretch" the last bundle. I usually need 3 bundles but i should have bought and extra one. Would not recommend!

I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her ponytail done April 7th , and on time 10 mins early. The young lady who I booked with had stepped out and was late 15 mins to my appointment, that was the first red flag. Then when we went to her room I asked could I have a sit she stated no extra visitors but I felt uncomfortable because my child is a minor and I’m her mother plus it was her first time there so I felt as her mother I should be allowed to sit in with my daughter. She told us to where mask and neither her or anybody to worked there had on masks. I felt that wasn’t right to stress the customers to wear a mask but the workers don’t . I felt the young lady attitude was very nonchalant and I will not be returning nor will I recommend. I booked my appointment although I was told by a few people their was bad for business, I should have listened…

First off this is my first time purchasing hair from this company. I got it for my birthday and the first time i went there no one was there and no one answered any of the phones numbers so i decided to wait and check back later. I finally caught them the same day before they closed because i heard they had a sale. The customer service I received was TERRIBLE.. presentation was UNACCEPTABLE her face was buried in the phone so she wasnt helping me AT ALL. This woman had some red hair and it looked like a complete bird nest which i think was my sign of not getting the hair. THIS HAIR IS TERRIBLE. I got the Peruvian body wave and I absolutely HATE it. Dream weaver is soo much better. DO NOT GET HAIR FROM HERE.
