Shay is fantastic! She makes sure that she prioritizes the health of your hair while simultaneously making your hair look beautiful! The salon itself is very nice - clean and well-appointed. Additionally, she has a sweet disposition. Your experience from start to finish, in every regard, will be wonderful. I look forward to my hair appointment every week. Shay has miracle-growing hands. Her shampoos are the best! She's very knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure your hair is healthy. Plus, she has such a cool, chill vibe that makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend to book her!!!

I will never go to another salon. 1. (SAFETY) Shay took all the necessary precautions to ensure she and I were safe by practicing CDC guidelines. She instructs her clients to wash their hands before entering the salon which I really appreciate because that let me know she wanted to eliminate any possibility of spreading potential germs/bacteria/viruses. We also wore our masks the entire time which made me feel safe. 2. (SERVICE) When communicating my expectations, I could tell Shay was paying close attention. I asked for all-over-layers without losing length, and she did not disappoint. The layering technique she used was something I’ve never seen before. She customized a cut specifically for me, and my new haircut turned out beautifully! It was more than I could ever imagine! 3. (OVERALL EXPERIENCE) Hands down, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a salon! Not only was Shay professional and had amazing customer service/consultative skills - Shay was very kind and down to earth. She has positive energy and amazing talent. I can’t wait to book another appointment for me and for my my family! Don’t think twice - I highly recommend!

I saw Shay on a whim a few months ago because I was finally ready to start getting my hair on track. My hair is long, curly, and damaged, and I was really focused on finding someone who would prioritize the health of my hair (even over my own wants). I'll never go anywhere else! -Shay is so kind and really reads your energy perfectly! She lets the client direct the interaction- sometimes I wanna have convo and sometimes I just wanna vibe and sit on my own and she perfectly gets it! The definition of "Me Time"! -My haircuts have been perfect. I'm attached to my length and I'm always nervous to get haircuts (usually) but also want to get rid of my damage and Shay helped me formulate a plan that lets me do both. When she styles my hair, she is attentive to the heat she is applying and goes above and beyond to protect it without sacrificing at all on how the finished product looks. -All throughout the service Shay asks questions to make sure she is in line with what you want while also making recommendations and really working with you. I feel comfortable asking questions and she is always happy to explain any recommendation or service. Last but not least- the STEAM TREATMENT!!! immediately I can see and feel that my hair is so much healthier and it withstands humidity better too. I am so so so happy with my services here and I recommend her to anyone!

Shay has been doing my hair for over 5 years. She never fails me with her classy cuts and bouncy curls. She is flexible with me when I want to grow it out or cut it all off or dye it blonde. She believes in healthy hair and I've referred several friends /family to her. She is great.
