My first visit with Kati Jones was fantastic. I came in for a cut, highlights, and evening out my all over color. She listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and was so easy to talk to. I love how my hair turned out and I’ll be back!

My first visit was fabulous. My hairdresser was Katie Jones. She listened to what I wanted and I am so happy. Wanted a super short pixie without using the clippers and she followed thru with the best cut I’ve had in years! I WILL be returning for sure!!!

My name is Sheila. I had never been to this salon before and I had just grown my hair out enough (from another bad haircut I received from a different salon) to get a good trim and I specifically said to the stylist, "I DO NOT want any length cut off and PLEASE do not give me a 'Karen' hair cut". Well I walked out with the worse haircut I've ever gotten, looked like a COMPLETE DORK, and it was so short, I asked her, "Why would you do that?" And she said, "Well it needed to be cut off and you can just let it grow now and make sure you take lots of hair vitamins!" What's worse is that they charged me 40 bucks! Yesterday I had to go to Great Clips on Dixie so they could fix it and they only charged $15. None of my hair was even and it was a complete joke. I hope the owner of Salon & Spa 360 has a staff meeting and goes over the importance of communication and LISTENING to the client. Hair is very important to a woman and when your hair looks terrible, a woman feels terrible. Don't stylists know this?? The owner needs to teach this before her new clients go elsewhere. I am VERY disappointed and now have to wait months for my hair to grow out again...it's very frustrating.
