Opulence Wellness Spa

This is a wonderful family spa with a very personalized feel! I went twice this week for two stretches sessions, and not only did I have two amazing stretches, Harges was very knowledgeable, educated me and sent me off with some stretches that I can do between our sessions to help me reach my flexibility goals. The pricing is amazing, definitely look into the packages if you want an even better deal, you won't regret it 🤗

Marissa's facial was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about dermatology and knew exactly what skin needed. I was on cloud 9 when I left.

I had not had a massage in quite a few years and Kathleen did an amazing job. I was happy to see that I had the full hour massage. I will definitely be returning!

This definitely is not off to a good start!!! Especially, since this appointment was a first visit and a gift. I booked an appointment online for my guy. I received this message this morning at 9:53 am on 8/18/25. Appointment cannot be accommodated with Opulence Wellness Spa on Tue, Sep 02, 2025 due to: NO REASON LISTED!!! This will probably be a NO, I’ll send him somewhere else!!!

Uodate on this: I left this review sometime ago. Recently learned businesses can easily return credits. This business chose not to despite their mess-up. Chose wisely who you do business with. ...... Paid $55 to book a massage through ClassPass. The business immediately canceled it. ClassPass won't refund the credits and my membership expires tomorrow so I'm out $55. Thanks, Opulence. Update based on the business's response: What they are not acknowledging is their poor administrative abilities to block unavailable times. I spent $55 which I can't get a refund for because they didn't handle their admin. They may not understand how booking platforms work. Please, hold yourself accountable.

They have no appointments available and very limited availability and flexibility.I called and they only communicate via text or online. Via text I was informed that they only have 1 massage therapist and they are fully booked in April. But even in May they have a lot of days blocked off and only have 1 or 2 time slots on the days they have available. I work and can't get off early and they have very little availability. They said they have it listed on groupon that they have limite availability but that's a lie. Ive booked massages at other spas through groupon and they always accommodate me the same day or at least during that same week. This is very bad service and I wish I knew before I purchased my groupon. This is very disappointing.

hands down the most underrated spa in long beach!!! i had the monthly membership package which included a full body massage and a facial for an affordable price. i had been going to Opulence Spa for about a year before i moved states. Marissa and Kathleen have always went over the top to take care of me in each session sending me home feeling blissfully recharged. Marissa (facials) is an absolute queen with skincare! each time she customized the facial routine based off of the condition of my skin and what it needed at the time. i have gone in to see her with several breakouts and wake up the next day with them nearly gone. i have also gone in with clear skin and she still somehow managed to make it look even better. i cannot recommend a regular facial from her enough! Kathleen (masseuse) is so sweet and is always very considerate. i can honestly say she is the best masseuse that has ever laid hands on me! her massages truly sent me into a state of tranquility each time. i deal with a lot of neck pain and lower back pain - she had no problem ironing it out - leaving me smiling from great relief when i walked out the door. she has hands of an angel!! thank you both for curating a comfortable experience and impeccable service! 10 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
