Tallie is as pro as it gets. I've been a client for 5+ years, both for waxing and facials. Each appointment has been a professional and caring experience. Tallie knows her stuff when it comes products and to taking good care of skin, and individualizes her advice. I've never had an issue as a result of services. I feel comfortable each visit, and Tallie checks in during an appointment, making sure the wax temp is fine, etc. A major plus for me is she takes pride in her business, doesn't half fast anything, and the place is always wonderfully clean. Also, scheduling is easy peasy and Tallie is super responsive.

I recommend Urban Skin Works! I have been a client for many years, and everything seems to be working for my skin. I like the Dermalogica products for everyday, and I often use them in conjunction with other products that are gifted to me and have had no adverse effects. I've had facials and dermaplaning with Tallie, and my skin feels great! She seems to think of everything and is the epitome of professionalism. The atmosphere at USW is as advertised -- inviting and calming. There is even a little hang out room with snacks a lot of the time. Her open houses and Black Friday events are not-to-be-missed. You should go.

Tallie is so very knowledgeable, caring and devoted to doing what's best for any skin problem each client presents. I've been going to her for years and after a treatment or use of her products my skin gets better! Her office is charming, welcoming, tasteful and relaxing. Everyone should go to Urban Skin Works for better skin and in my case, more improvement than a dermatologist can provide.

Tallie is amazing! I’ve been coming to her for a decade and she has always been warm and welcoming. She has never pushed a product or treatment on me. She has always taken my concerns into account and tailored my treatments to get the results I’ve desired. Tallie is amazing! She was the first person to ever wax me and I was pretty nervous, but she has a way of putting you at ease. Before long, you realize you're having a great conversation and laughing while you're getting your hair ripped out. She is a genuine person who does a great job. This place is a bit more expensive than others around, but in my book it's completely worth it!
