Star Beauty

⭐ 1 STAR I bought a trimmer from Star Beauty Supply yesterday, and it stopped working the same day! I went back the very next morning to return it, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help, they completely refused to do anything. Terrible customer service — no respect, no professionalism, and definitely no care for their customers. I will never shop here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money with them either

Friendly and helpful staff, love buying my hair care needs here.

They want a job but don't a damn thing about Customer Service! Can't greet individuals! First and last visit!
