I requested a simple layered bob. I was sent home with a chopped off, uneven, unstyled mess. I had to ask her to finish drying my hair before I left. Not happy to come home and have to get out my manicure scissors to even out the sides and cut off long strands. The hairdresser is very sweet but does not do a professional job! Will be looking for someone to give me a complete new cut! Not even mentioning $$.

This salon is a joke. My friend was made extremely uncomfortable at this salon so I tried to come back in with her and get a refund after they completely butchered her hair. Wanda AND the owner were extremely rude to me, to the point it felt discriminatory, and the owner even told me I have no reason to be talking to her! She also refused to look at any of the pictures of the work that came out of her own salon! They accused my friend of cutting her own hair, do I have to say how unprofessional that is? Seeing so many reviews now of people having similar experiences, going to other stylists and them being absolutely appalled at how the stylists at Sizzors allow their clients to walk out! Pictures below, this salon is a running joke among other cosmetology studios. How, as an owner, are you letting your employees get away with ruining people’s hair and wasting your clients money? My friend came in for a BALAYAGE and cut, and left like this! Outrageous!! Also, the sarcastic apologies to all the bad reviews should say enough about how you’ll be handled here.

I am writing to the hair "stylist" Macy, and am extremely disappointed with this salon, as someone who has been going here for over 3 years. I hope, for Macy's own sake, that this is either her first time cutting men's hair, or hair in general. First of all, Macy has no conception of layering hair at all. She basically just cut my hair in a straight line in the back and the sides, giving me a mullet (but, she couldn't even do this right, because I still had many loose strands). Secondly, large parts of my hair are now uneven; when I pointed these issues out to her, she basically just laughed and started cutting more parts of my hair. This also speaks to her general rudeness and inattentiveness to what I requested, because she never cut my bangs at all. The third thing, and most interesting, is that Macy never really checked what she was doing a single time. I've never gotten a haircut where the stylist does not measure and pull out the hair between their finger tips to see what they are cutting and if it is even. I'm attaching a photo to show how Macy's carelessness resulted in over 1 INCH DIFFERENCE in each side. The haircut ended with her blow drying my curly hair (something that has also never happened to me at a hair salon before) into a frizzy mess, and again not checking anything. I also want to address the salon's policies regarding this disastrous haircut. I was offered no refund. I was instead offered to come back and let Macy cut my hair again. I requested someone else, ANYONE else to cut my hair. They insisted it must be Macy, because she needs to "learn what she did wrong." Not sure why I would want the same person to cut my hair again, but okay!

Outstanding customer service and talented stylists to match. Kirby is exceptionally talented and professional. My wife, myself and our son and daughter, have been customers for several years and have never been disappointed!

Wanda has cut my hair and I loved the whole experience, especially when I asked for highlights. Very much needed and she did the best, I couldn’t ask for better service especially from her. She deserves 1000%!

When I first sat in Becky's chair, I said "do what you want" and she did. I've been so happy with her talent and skills that I purposely travel 50 miles every 6 weeks to get pampered. Becky, Kirby and Wanda are the greatest group of gals I've ever met in a Salon/Spa. You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend.

In town with my husband for business. Had free time and needed a haircut and pedicure. Booked online with Beckie and absolutely loved her and the people working there. Very friendly and clean. Beckie gave me a whole new look. I haven't been this pleased with a haircut and style in quite some time. If I didn't live so far away, I would definitely be a repeat customer!
