Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I made an appointment online for 2 PM. I was told to have a seat. I was told a stylist would be in at 2. I wasn't even seen until 10 after 3. Showed a pic to the stylist . I told her that I wanted my hair shoulder length and my hair cut barely goes under my chin . She never once turned me around to look at the back of my hair.And then the appt I made ,didn't even matter because the automated ssystem said I never showed for the appt. Which means they will not offer any compensation. The stylist did what she wanted. Not what I wanted. I am embarrassed. This is not fair. I don't even want to go in public. What do I do?

I must say it’s been a while since i found a stylist who can do my hair color just right and haircut. Tia prove to deliver on my first visit on these services. Thank you Tia!

Have never had a bad cut here. Elenor did this cut and she is very detailed and I am always happy with the cut.

I had an appointment at 9:15. I was there before my appointment, when I walked in, alls someone said to me was do you have an appointment? I said yes and that was it. Then I sat there until 9:40. No one acknowledged me or what was going on. One of the hairdressers left in the middle of someone’s appointment to go get product from home. So at that time I walked out. Absolutely terrible service. Will not be back or recommend.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I have 2 healthy. Energetic, Fun, playful, cutesy 2 year olds twins that bring happiness to everyone. I brought them here recently for a haircut and had the worst experience. Rudeness, lack of care, empathy, and bad customer service all in one place or should i say all with one person. I have brought my boys here in the past and saw a stylist first initial A. ( I will use initials for names). She was very kind friendly and understanding. Additionally she did a good job on their hair. With the most recent appointment we were accidentally scheduled with first name initial L., who says she is the new manager. She did not greet us when we walked in. She looked at us like 3 animals that just walked in. My 2 boys ran right in and started playing with the Christmas tree because every kid is excited about Christmas and Christmas trees. Right away she approached me ( after not even saying hi) and said " tell your kids not to touch my Christmas tree- I spent alot of money on it" I then tried to explain to her that they are only 2 years old and were just excited to see the tree, lights and colors as any 2 year old would be. She then proceeded to tell me that I " need to control my kids" I called out to my boys and told them not to touch the tree. When she noticed that they were still touching the tree she went directly to one of them and told them" don't touch my tree- I spent money on it, then she proceeded to tell him that she would not cut his hair if he continued". Can you image that is how she was talking to a 2 year old. She then told me that I had to take one child home and only bring one in at a time. I personally refused and told her that I was already there and was not going to leave and come back. When I became firm with her she eventually agreed for us to get the hair cut, although they did a bad job. My concern here is that this is a family business and should be equipped to handle kids of all ages. They should also be ready to handle those kids with patience, kindness, empathy, and care. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

Walked in at 3pm on a Monday. Was asked if I had an appointment. Since when does fantastic Sams require appointments? Only one person was working and she was doing extensions. Poor planning/scheduling. Lost our business: 3 haircuts.
