VIP Brazilian Beauty Salon is truly amazing! My hair was really struggling after trusting the wrong person with it, but the team at VIP completely transformed it. My hair now feels so healthy and looks absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone in the salon was so sweet, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable about what they were doing. I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be using them again. This is going to be a long, but thorough, review of VIP Brazilian Beauty Salon. And I want to be clear this place deserves all the stars available in the sky. I have had the same hair stylist for almost 20 years, but recently she had some health issues which prevented her from being able to do my hair. It was four months since my last color, and with the holidays coming up I was getting desperate for color. I tried another stylist, thinking that with her experience my hair would be fine. She only colored the roots, the color didn’t match, and I walked out with multi colored hair (photo 1). I was so embarrassed. I didn’t go anywhere without wearing a hat and I felt so miserable about how I looked. Not only that I was just so frustrated with the whole process. I decided not to go back to the old salon and my regular stylist could not help me due to her health issues. Thus began my search. I found VIP from a Google search. The reviews were great. There was only one dissatisfied client, but I thought Jeff’s response was professional and sincere. I dropped by in person to have him look at my hair to see if he could help. Jeff took the time to look over my hair, made a game plan, and was able to fit me in the next day (unbelievable!). Jeff was personable, punctual, and perfect. He talked me through every step before he started so I was informed throughout the process (a nice contrast considering how nervous I was after the last bad dye job). He confidently took his time, I never felt rushed or that he was rushing the process. He takes pride in his work and was so determined to help me not only look better but to feel better about myself. He even gave me a fresh hair cut, which I haven’t had in so long, and it made my hair feel alive again. When he was blowing my hair out after the final color transformation was complete, I cried happy tears. Finally someone listened to me and paid attention to what I was looking for even if I couldn’t perfectly describe it myself. He offered suggestions for my skin tone and hair type that was a welcomed relief after the multi-colored hair that I walked in there with. It was just nice to be treated so kindly. As my blow out came together with the absolutely beautiful color and cut, I was just soooooo happy I could not stop smiling. To say this was an amazing transformation is an understatement. I don’t know how Jeff took that messed up hair I had and made it look like something in a magazine, but he did it!! I couldn’t be more grateful. (Photo 2). The salon itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and a warm environment. I took my toddler with me as I had no childcare, and Jeff was more than open to allow my son to be there. We all know salons aren’t really places for small kids, but a lot of us moms have no choice but to take them with us if we want our hair done; so it was refreshing to have a salon that didn’t look down on kids but also maintained a beautiful, stylish salon. If you’re a mom with little ones, You know what I’m talking about. Jeff is amazing. This place is amazing. If you are hesitant to try a new place, don’t be — this is the place to be for sure! I couldn’t be happier!

Jeff is an incredible professional, very knowledgeable and a master of colorimetry. He's been my hairdresser for over 2 years and there's no one I trust more to make my hair look stunning, from cuts to renewing my highlights. I also have to mention the atmosphere and the entire salon team; everyone is extremely kind and polite, as well as being excellent professionals. Every time I go, I leave extremely satisfied and happy with the result; it's always a super pleasant day.

The energy in the salon is incredible. Everyone is cheerful, laughing, and truly enjoying what they do. They make clients feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. I was also so impressed that the team speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish it’s amazing! Leo always does an incredible job on my hair, and I leave feeling beautiful every time. Big Brazilian Salon is truly a special place, and while the entire team is amazing, Leo is absolutely exceptional. He is one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people you will ever meet. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. His attention, his warmth, and the way he treats you are simply outstanding. And his work? Pure magic. Leo has talent in his hands and in his heart. He is incredibly skilled and such a hard worker — the way he manages multiple clients at once with everything turning out perfect is beyond impressive. Just like David, they are both spectacular and bring so much charisma and joy to the Big Brazilian Salon team. I am so grateful to have met them. Yesterday I was looking for a hair salon that would deliver what I want but instead I found someone very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Jeff was all that and more. He gave me the best blowout ever!! Never felt that it was going to burn my scalp with the hot air of the blowdryer. He gave me a hair cut without chopping off my damaged hair. I am in for two more treatment before my transition to Silver-Gray looks that I have being longing for so long. Can't wait for my next appointment and see my transformation!!
