I requested a haircut, and the lady who assisted me was incredibly efficient. She registered me in a remarkably quick two minutes, and I was then taken for my haircut with absolutely no waiting time. This level of promptness and efficiency is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.The haircut itself was expertly done, and I left feeling very satisfied with the result. To top off an already excellent experience, I was kindly offered a coupon for my second haircut. This thoughtful gesture not only encourages repeat business but also reinforces your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had my hair cut by Sunny. Wow what an amazing experience. I never expected that type of care from a GreatClips. It all started with the shampoo. She explained why they use certain shampoo and conditioners. Then she cut my hair. It has to be one of the best cuts I've ever had. When she was finished she walked me over to the different types of products and took her time to explain each one. WOW! Truly a full service experience. She was definitely worth the $25 tip I left her. I will be back! Thanks Sunny..

The check in process was super easy with the app. Thee stylist Michelle was VERY nice and could tell that she knows what she’s doing. OTHER places make you feel like they just want to get you in and out of the chair. She really took her time, listening to what I was wanting and then making sure it was just right! Highly recommend!
