Only giving a "1" star because there's no option for a "0". I will never purchase anything from this store again & I will encourage my family, friends & anyone who asks not to as well! I purchased a pack of (what said "human hair" on the pack) to use for the curl pattern I wanted on the ends of my braids & my stylist couldn't use it because the hair shed soooo badly that she couldn't even braid w/it. I called the store for a wk straight w/ no answer & finally took it back on the 7th day & they still did not want to give a store credit even though the receipt stated they would. I am so tired of others making $ on our ethnic hair only to treat us as if we're not the reason why they're making all of this $. I WOULD NOT purchase from this store if you have other options!

NEVER!! Have I EVER left a review on a place but this place is something else. "Too good to be true" is a phrase that resonates with me, and upon entering this store, I was shocked by all the beauty necessities (hence the name) that were so neatly displayed throughout the store. However, like the phrase suggests, there will ALWAYS be a downside. This facility’s POOR customer service is their Achilles heel. To all the black women who see this, DO BETTER!! Just this Wednesday, I came in for some makeup necessities. Now, I don’t do makeup so NOT TOO MUCH! But as I was dreading the moment I had to ask an employee for help, I instead got the sweetest individual by the name of Keira. She helped me pick out every single item I needed to complete my makeup routine, suggested items and brands she uses on the DAILY!! She took time to teach me new things; time she could have been using elsewhere. Sweetie, YOU made the building SHINE!! Your smile, attitude, and the way you carried yourself all resemble the behavior of a put-together grown woman. To the rest of you, as I stated before, DO BETTER! a Attached is the makeup I completed.

I went to this place and was looking around for boho hair and I felt like this Asian guy kept following me and I kept telling myself no I am tripping and then When I did find the hair the man literally came right beside me and started counting the pack of hairs he didn’t even say excuse me it was so weird I was so upset I just left. I liked this store but I just felt very profiled and honestly that is not the first time I just try to ignore it. I go there for the convenience of it being down the street from my house but I never again.

Customer service is TRASH. Every girl in that store look like she got an attitude but have the nerve to have their "baby hairs" sitting on their eyebrows. Not to mention they have the nerve to play gospel music along with the NASTY energy. I left my cart with what I was going to buy right in the aisle, let one of them but the stuff back. Taking my money ELSEWHERE. Go somewhere else y’all.

I Over LOVE Beauty Depot! 😍 I can’t help but get excited every visit I make, they have a gorgeous variety of beauty items making it far from your average beauty supply store! I admire that they stay on top of trendy styles as well as popular products. From bundles, to makeup, accessories, wigs, and even fashion! Beauty Depot definitely lives up to its slogan "Where Beauty Begins." They have multiple locations throughout Jacksonville but "Beauty Depot Super Center" is by far the largest beauty supply in North Florida 🙌🏽

I believe they may have all your beauty needs in this store. They also carry some nice pieces of clothing.

Came here from out of town bought 2 wigs . One wasn’t the one I picked I came back after being at family functions 2 days to return or exchange the wig was in the proper packaging not touched I noticed off rip it wasn’t the color I asked for and didn’t touch it . The employee was going to do the exchange but the manager said they don’t do exchanges of any kind . I feel like if this was the employee fault and the package is obviously not tampered with I feel like it should have been a consideration I will not be going back and write this to worn any body of the treatment because it was a simple fix
