Came here as a walk-in, realized it was the wrong shop, but stayed because the correct shop is closed today & I needed my nails done. Li took me right away & was very sweet & accommodating to my particular needs. The shape & execution were near perfect, and the 1 adjustment I asked for, she took care of it immediately. The reasons I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because: 1. I ended up with so much acrylic residue on my skin (which wasn’t properly cleaned up, even after I asked). 2. My index finger nails are so much thicker at the tip than the others, and kind of odd. 3. I feel like she rushed the cuticles, so my skin looks a bit raggedy. Possibly because another customer came in that she was trying to get to, so she started to rush to finish me. Willing to visit again with an appointment to see if that was the case.

I have had pretty good service here. The staff is friendly and I love that they offer a loyalty system where they provide you a stamped card each time you receive a service and after so many visits you qualify for a discounted service. This is a great incentive

I like this nail shop. They talk very respectfully and minimal in their language. I didn't feel like I was being talked about like other nail shops. It was clean I seen her using new tools I didn't have to advise her one time not to use dirty tools it was a good experience if you are in the area check them out!

Every time I come here I'm dissatisfied. None of my nails are the same size, length or shape 🥴. I literally just walked out, look at this

My experience at this nail salon was quick. Time wise they are very efficient. They do have a number of colors to pick and are quick to attend to you once you walk into the door. I noticed a few things that I did not like, one of them being the prices that were not properly explained or displayed. I thought that what I paid was very expensive for the work that I had done, which was a pedicure and a full set with powered color. ( I am going to a wedding and wanted my hand nails to be presentable. I rarely get my nails done in a nail shop with acrylic nails i should have googled before going). There was no proper explanation on how the full-set is or what is the difference between other choices that the powered/acrylic nail is even though I asked twice. There were several prices on a small board that were difficult to understand. Over all, my hand nails were okay, I was not 100% satisfied, especially for the price. Now the pedicure (I got the simple pedicure) was the one I would definitely come back for, very satisfied with the pedicure for the price and the amount of time it took.

I went Friday for a nail set ' soon as I'm going to pay the lady charged me 140 ' when the nail set was supposed to be 40$ ' she void it & then charged me another 40 so I got charged 180 in total for a black French tip nail set ' she told me wait 24-48 hours ' I had to wait 4-5 days' how do u accidentally charge somebody 140? On a 40' charge ' I had to come back 2x ' all she kept telling me was to wait ..

I’ve been going here over several years anytime I am in the neighborhood (I live about 30-40 min away) and go with my best friend. She is the one that started going here first. The young ladies are so very nice, greet you and are always pleasant. They take their time, don’t rush and the leg and neck massages with warm neck wrap are very relaxing. They really want you to walk out feeling better than you came in. If for any reason you don’t like a shape, or color, etc they will gladly redo/fix the issue. They offer water, sometimes sodas and the prices are most reasonable we’ve come across for good service. They remember you after a visit or two and are happy to see you. They appreciate their customers. Small salon, but cozy and have COVID safety measures (screens btw clients and wear masks). Thank you for a great Pedi and for a good place for a mom break/girls time or just to relax.
