Nice customer service! I was looking for a hair dryer for my daughter and Alex helped me, she's so patient and very helpful!!

I have purchased beauty products from all over the city but this one is the best as far as having hair products for naturals. I wear my hair curly all year round thanks to this store. They have curly extensions, curl enhancer lotion, foam, you name it they have it. My curls look amazing using the products they sell. The guy who works there is very good at picking the most up to date products. He is amazing with customers really loves what he does. I also love the color contacts and sweater caps they sell. If I could give higher rating I would.

My twin has cancer. She shaved her head because the chemo was causing it to fall out. I decided to shave mine too. I cried over this decision, but I felt I had to do it. As I shopped for wigs, for the first time EVER, a lady comes to me a points to a sign. It read that I could only try on 5 wigs. I stated this was my first time ever buying a wig, I don't know what I'm looking for. She rudely said pick a style and try on those. She didn't offer to help. She went on working. I complained to the cashier, explaining that I had to shave my head... NOTHING! No concern, no offer to help, no apologies. She seemed as if she could care less. I've shopped there often. NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!!

came in looking for hair a certain color found out they had what I needed the girl who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way and the extra mile. I appreciate that thank you and end up looking great on me. They have a lot of accessories colored eyelashes my favorite Of course I'd go back and I recommend my friends.

Went there and bought a few items including 2 different nail polish’s and was missing one when I got home the young lady in the store was acting as if ppl were stealing by stopping ppl going out and checking the bags but I paid for my stuff and got home and it wasn’t in there I have a receipt and even went back out to check my car to make sure I just didn't drop it I called the store many times also to check no answer . There is nothing more irritating than making plans to go paint ur nails and buying the stuff only to find out you don’t have it .

It's a good beauty supply store where I can generally find what I need and good variety. Also sometimes the prices are lower than other beauty supply stores. If you need assistance, you need to ask but I will say it's organized well enough to have a general idea where to find something.

This place is absolutely amazing. They are stocked wall to wall with products. The only problem I have is being charged a higher price than advertised. This occurred with 3 products on the same receipt. But to be honest I was so elated about my other products I purchased at very reasonable prices that I wasn't even upset about the extra $4 I paid. As a matter of fact, I'm on my way there now. Love it!
