HORRIBLE! Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the hustle of trying to book with this business. I’ve called so many times trying to set appointment after paying for the service online and I got an answer once saying something along the lines let me confirm with the worker, I’ll call you back in 5 mins. I never received a call back. Over a three day span, I’ve called 5 times and still no appointment even though I already paid. However, I did receive a text back saying they were at church and they could not talk right now. Mind you, their Google business page still says OPEN. Listen to those low rating reviews cause they are telling the truth.

I called and made an appointment, but when I arrived on the day, no one was there. They told me I had said I'd come back the next day. I returned and made another appointment for the following day. I arrived again, and they did the same thing: the place was closed, and no one answered me anymore.

Really bizarre and chaotic environment- Showed up today for a 11am booking that was confirmed and that I was reminded about at least three times by email to have a worker tell me they could just do 1 person at that time. She was speaking to the owner on the phone but I wasn't able to understand the conversation. I said we can just cancel but I have a confirmation for 2- the lady on the phone (maybe the owner?) said she would be there in 5 minutes. We were brought to a room and told to undress at 11:10. At 11:15 the one lady working came in and starting massaging my fiance while I awkwardly laid there, once in awhile getting an odd pat on the back from that one lady working on my fiance. Around 11:25 another person came rushing in (not sure owner or someone else?), didn't wash her hands and starting massaging me. No apologies for keeping me waiting. After around 15 minutes she went out to get hot rocks, balanced them on my tailbone and then they fell, burning my inner thighs. She left the room another two times, to answer the door and greet customers. Everytime she came back she would awkwardly pound her fists over a sheet on my body with her fist. Or scratch my scalp with essential oils. They left the door to the room open the whole time with a half sheet blocking the view from those walking by- I felt totally exposed and uncomfortable. Really disappointed I paid for an hours massage and got maybe 30 minutes of massage. My fiance at least got 45 minutes. When our massage was done they then rushed to the next person who was waiting over a half hour, also without washing hands. I don't recommend at all. Clearly there is an issue with their scheduling system, hygiene and taking care of their customers. Seems like a place where a lot of people stroll in for "men's massages" so probably not the best for couples.

I had a great massage from Tina! She really used the whole 60 minutes effectively with the right amount of pressure. She found the knots in my body and worked to get them out. I used a groupon, but seeing the prices when I got there they were very reasonable and I will definitely be back if they stay that way. It was a great and affordable experience. Thank you!

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend My partner and I visited Sky Asian Spa for our first-ever couples massage, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. Despite having an appointment, we waited 40 minutes past our scheduled time. Another couple in the waiting room had been waiting for two hours—their appointment was at 11 AM! It was clear that the spa was poorly managed and extremely disorganized. We booked a couples massage with hot stones and wax, expecting to enjoy the experience together. Instead, one of us received a massage while the other sat in the corner with their feet soaking in water—in a wooden trash can lined with a trash bag. Then we switched. It was confusing and not at all what we had in mind for a "couples" experience. The massage itself was mediocre at best. The therapist kept walking out, checking her phone, and leaving us waiting. The room was freezing, and the hot stones—if you could call them that—were used for barely a minute. Hygiene was also a concern. The same sheets were reused for both of us, which made us question whether sheets are ever changed between clients. While the owner seemed kind, the overall experience was outdated, disorganized, and uncomfortable. Sadly, this was our first and last visit to Sky Asian Spa.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing couples massage at sky Asian spa. The therapists were skilled and attentive, making it a soothing experience. However, the organization could use some improvement, as there were a few mix-ups with our appointment. Despite this, we left feeling refreshed and would still recommend it.
