This was my first time in Jasmine’s chair, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to assess my hair, carefully trimmed my split ends, and gave me helpful advice for my hair growth and future styles. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and really made me feel comfortable and confident. I left excited about my hair journey and already planning my next appointment. Highly recommend her!"
I love getting my hair cut here and I take all my young kids too! Fancy salon styles without the big price tag, and Christina is my favorite person to sit and chit chat with!
Wonderful experience! The stylist listened to me explaining how I usually wear my hair and what kind of style I was looking for. She asked questions to help find solutions to any problems or concerns I was having with my hair. She was very friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and the atmosphere was nice.
My stylist was the best I ever had. My hair looked just what I wanted. Tatianna was very skilled, courteous and made me feel so comfortable.
I was charged $73.00 for my services-wash, conditioner (was supposed to be deep conditioning), blow dry, trim-no flat iron, style, curl…. I was there early-service was to start at 1145 AM, but at 1153, the stylist came over to tell me she was going to put someone under the dryer. It ended up being another 5-6 minutes. She took me to the bowl, washed twice and I asked if there would be a deep conditioner. I was told yes, but then she put some conditioner on my head and put a towel under my head only to leave me sitting at the bowl, but never under the dryer to complete the deep conditioning. She gave me a trim and assured me my hair really didn’t need more than 1/2 an inch. I was checked out and received this text by 1227 (less than 40 minutes for $73.00). Keep in mind, I was trying to compare what the website said for pricing. I noticed my hair was still wet to touch and still curly underneath as she was rushing to get back to the previous client. I asked if she could finish drying and she did. I made an appointment to come back, but after this and the way I was treated on the phone-I asked how much they charge-last time I paid $63 (I believe and I wanted to find out if the prices changed), I won’t be going. They hung up on me at some point (there was a sweet new lady who was trying to help me and the lady she was getting answers from was being rude about it in the background) and when I called back the woman who answered didn’t seem to want to answer and I did understand they can’t give an exact, but I wanted the exact same services I’d gotten 4 weeks before and it was in the system. I wish they hadn’t done me that way. I’m HUGE on customer relations. I took audio for my own proof. Just be careful, if you decide to use their services. FYI, my hair didn’t need any combing-I did that and a pre-poo that morning and it was still straight.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time at Hair Cuttery, and I’m so glad I walked in! Jess was my stylist, and she absolutely understood the assignment. My layers were choppy and uneven, and I came in hoping for a refined shape with a butterfly bang effect. I like to toggle between my natural curly hair and straight styles, so I needed something versatile and Jess nailed it. She was welcoming, and a great conversationalist, which put me at ease. Not only did she correct the previous chop beautifully, but she also took her time to shape everything in a way that flatters both curl and sleek looks. I walked out feeling happy with how it turned out and already looking forward to coming back for my maintenance cut in a few weeks. Highly recommend Jess if you’re looking for a stylist who listens, delivers, and knows how to work with curls.
Jasmine did amazing! One of the stylist I scheduled with was injured and wasn’t able to take my appointment so jasmine stepped in and took me and my hair looks amazing. Will definitely be rebooking with her.
