Sammi always does an amazing job with my hair. I’m in and out quickly, yet never feel rushed. The salon runs in a smooth, friendly fashion, and I’ve never left without a compliment. If you live on the west side, this is a great salon with a wide variety of services and very reasonable prices.

I had an appointment with Kaytie. She was very nice and easy to talk to, she was also very knowledgeable about styling and products. On top of all that, she gave me a fantastic haircut. I am thrilled to have found her as a stylist.

I'm very happy with my haircut by Alex! She was very thorough and took the time to ask how my hair had been cut in the past, so that she could blend my choppy layers even better. The hair wash and neck massage was top notch and the entire haircut was precise and exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoyed my experience today, and I will certainly come back, as this place is very convenient to my work, and it was super easy to book online. Great job, Alex 😃 10/10 would recommend!

My experience here was rough.... everyone was very welcoming and kind, but the haircut itself... yikes... I ended up going elsewhere after having a complete breakdown in my car because of the "curtain bangs" I got. At my new appointment, it was also pointed out the length was not even close to even and the layers were all over the place. I can't say I'm too surprised after my 45-minute haircut was done in about 30 minutes and "sectioning" for cutting and layering were just three big handfuls of hair. I tried adding a picture, but can't seem to... picture just on one side, a big chunk of hair back to my crown that was just chopped at about the mouth line, and another chop at the nose line. Almost a straight line across each time, with a few up and downs in the middle (no diffused or diagonal cut down). I was offered a complimentary bang trim in a month to "even it out more" but at this point, I just wish I could get my money back after having to go to The Guest House to have my hair and my sanity saved. I will definitely be going to Guest House moving forward. It's clear by the "complimentary trim" that the stylist knew she screwed up...

Kaytie has cut my hair several times now and I'm always happy with the finished product. Not everyone knows how to cut curly hair so that the tangles underneath don't become a bother, but she does it in a way that I can increase the time between cuts because it stays looking good for longer than expected. I've been so happy with her service that I've started bringing my high school daughter to her for her curly hair cuts too. Thanks Kaytie! In addition, I'll add that the Zandi salon is clean, the staff are friendly, and the welcome drinks are relaxing and delicious. 😊
