Iris Nails and Spa

******Updated review******* After giving them another chance months ago and having a better experience then I previously did, I continued to patronize this salon but on April 3, 2025, I had an experience that caused me to not only update this review but to sever ties with this salon for good. I went in for my monthly gel pedicure and since then I have had pain in my big toe. The pedicurist that assisted me cut too deeply into my nail bed which has not only left me with lasting pain (pain when wearing socks and closed toe shoes) but also has caused me to develop a hangnail and an ingrown toenail that I now have to pay to have corrected. I told her at the time that she had cut too deeply and I was so upset that I took photos (which I will attach of how far into my nail bed she cut as well as a reference photo of where my nail actually starts). Immediately after leaving I noticed a slight pain in my nails due to her cutting so much of my nail off. I am highly upset by this as I have never experienced such gross negligence when it comes to a simple pedicure. As a licensed facility, you should have staff that is trained and knowledgeable enough to know how to safely cut nails and how to analyze WHERE someone's nail bed starts. I now have to monitor my nails to ensure they do not get infected due to the ingrown toenail. I will NOT be back. I have had two bad experiences that have put my health into question due to incompetent staff. If you care about your health and rather not risk a potential cut, hangnail or ingrown toenail, I suggest you patronize elsewhere.

This nail bar has quickly turned into my Go To! Lisa does a flawless job, she is very artistic and talented. She is capable of doing nail art gorgeously! The facility is clean and well ventilated. Everyone is professional and friendly. Lisa is reliable and every time she does my nails they are spectacular, everyone asks me about them when I’m out and about. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t be afraid to add stones or anything because she does an awesome job at glueing it so that it lasts as long as the nails do.

Stopped by here for the first time yesterday. I was looking for a new place to get a decent manicure since the place I have been going for years has gotten sloppy. Lisa did my gel manicure and did a FANTASTIC job!!! I will definitely be returning to see her for future appointments. Overall, the spa itself is clean, well decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to trying some of their other services as well.

Very professional and elegant Nail Salon that gives the most graceful treatment. I did Dipping Powder Manicure with gem designs twice and both times the desinhs were not only lovely but the nails were strong and lasted! This is my new go-to place for nails and relaxation. Appointments are taken right on time and very clean!

I have been going to Iris nails for about 2yrs now, they never disappoint! Amazing customer service, very professional & courteous! LISA is amazing!!! If you want designs done - she's your girl! Highly recommended 🩷

My first time there and I’m definitely coming back. Their customer service was really good! They were kind and friendly. The facilities are clean and the atmosphere is positive in relaxing. Their prices are good, and their job is professional done. Lea the nail Thec. did a perfect job with the dipping powder. This is definitely my favorite nail salon and spa in Germantown. They have a diverse options for spas. Definitely a good place to treat yourself.

I love my nail tech, Joyce!!! She’s increidble! FYI, They don’t have gel X here, however, you dont need it. This gel stays on FOREVER. I swear this gel has stayed on longer than any other manicure i’ve ever had. My nails have never been stronger. These are my natural nails and length underneath. :).
