I was charged $200 by Serenity Studio despite never receiving any services. Salima, charging a client who did not attend an appointment due to a loss of family member is unacceptable. This situation raises serious concerns about your billing and business practices. Matters like this should require a formal dispute to correct instead of your ignorance.

Moving to Texas was nerve wrecking enough. But to have to find someone to do my hair that way I needed it done was even more nerve-wrecking. Salima was soo patient and sweet with all my concerns and questions. Started off messaging her on fb and then we started texting. Still after all that I was hesitant. I have thinning curly frizzy hair that does not grow fast. So if I get bad cut, I'm screwed for abit. Lol. Thank you Salima for taking the time to explain the process of the scalp treatment and giving me a great spa day! It was relaxing and to say that my head felt lighter after the treatment is an understatement. Hair and scalp felt cleaner, lighter! Plus the balayage & cut I got recently looks great!

I want to give Zero rating. I took an appointment with Salima for haircut. She messaged me about rates that haircut starts at $55 and up depending on length. I wanted to have best haircut so was ready to pay till $70 as I thought this will be the max for my length. But she charged me $95 and hair cut was not even good. I am attaching pics for the reference. My friend was waiting for my feedback and when I sent her pics, she was shocked as she got haircut better than this in Greatclips just in $25.

Serenity studio is a one stop shop for my salon needs. I experienced most of the amazing services available in this studio- haircut, hair color, head spa, facials and always satisfied with Salima’s work with no complaints ever. She treats her clients with utmost care and never rushes with her appointments. The atmosphere in there is very comfortable and relaxing. She makes sure i am satisfied with final results and even offers a fixing appointment in few weeks if needed. She is the best at her work, patiently listens to me, very detailed and always honest with her suggestions, flexible in scheduling appointments. My girls love her too for the haircuts she gives them. I have been her customer for many years now and I am glad I found her for all my salon needs. I also love the hair and skin products she makes available for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone for the services she provides☺️

We had a color emergency, and I’m so thankful we found Salima! This was my daughter’s first time getting an all-over hair color, and we had asked for a cherry cola shade. Unfortunately, the TWO attempts (done at another salon) turned out nothing like what we pictured, the color came out an orange/red color. With school starting the next day, we were in a panic. Salima was truly a lifesaver. She fit us in quickly, listened to exactly what my daughter wanted, and absolutely nailed the color. It’s now exactly what we envisioned from the start. My daughter is starting school feeling confident and happy with her hair, and that means everything. We’re so grateful to have found Salima, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I had the best experience at Serenity on 9/2/24. I got a scalp treatment, and it’s very apparent that Salima has a passion for scalp health. I wish I could go into detail everything she did, but I fell asleep 🥰 It was so relaxing, and more than anything, it worked. My hair felt lighter, healthier, and cleaner! Will definitely be coming back again.
