I've been going to Denise since 2023, and she always blows me away with her skills. She really listens to what I want and is super transparent about what needs to be done. I've had haircuts and color transformations, and she nails it every time. If you want vivid colors or any color at all, she's the one to go to. She's super sweet and amazing at what she does. Definitely sticking with her for the long haul! Added some pictures with it freshly colored and after a couple of months of washing. Looks amazing still.

Ive been seeing Camille for couple years now and i always leave the door feeling so happy and satisfied. She has done miracles on my hair from letting my overgrown roots to a beautiful blended blonde! Always had so much dimension! Due to my career I’ need low maintenance with my hair & even with months passing by my hair was still blended out beautifully! Most importantly she always listened to what I wanted and achieved it without a doubt! (The third pic is me going almost half a year without seeing her).

Moved salons 3X until I FINALLY found the BEST of the best hair extension and color pros! Katie and her team at Abstrakt Studio! I get so many compliments! At two prior salons (Gabe @ Johnny Rodriguez and Amber @ Gabriel Ontiveros) my extensions literally slipped out of my hair in a matter of days, and one salon (Salon Le Volume) could not do both my color and extensions and refused to cut/layer them and my hair looked like a bowl on top of my extensions!! I wasted so much money until I found THE PROS! My beautiful layered long blonde is the hair I dreamed of for months now since I have been going to Abstrakt Studio in Frisco. And the parking is soooo close in front of the salon - no valet or walks to a parking garage.

Had the ABSOLUTE best experience! Long story short I needed to be photo shoot ready after a month of camping and being on the road for work things. Needless to say my hair was WRECKED. Before photos will be below. I messaged one of the artists Sarah on her personal IG page at 10-11Pm and she was able to help get me in the next day with Camille WHO WAS AMAZING. She took time to explain, consult and help me understand what my hair needed to get the result I was looking for. I am literally so in love with this salon, they were all so kind welcoming and had snacks. Camille had me in and out in 2 hours. I will definitely be back even if I’m 10 hours away. highly recommend this salon.

Great customer service in the front, they took care of me when I arrived. So many services are offered and they have great recommendations. My hair looks healthier when I leave. I’ve seen different stylist and they have all offered great ideas for my cut, color and extensions. Recommend

My intention was to get a color correction for my hair to be color corrected back to my natural color. I had been darkening my roots professionally at a salon for several years and realized it would never be unbrassy when they lightened it up at the bottom. I had about three months of natural root showing. After a consultation, I spent 6 hours with a stylist who started the process. She bleached the top half of my hair level 1 hair to about a reddish orange leopard print and covered my hair with temporary color of a 5/6. Unfortunately, my most recent stylists had been using permanent color on my roots which was harder to breakup/remove than expected. I then waited a month to make another appointment to let my hair rest only to find out that the stylist who had started my hair was let go. I went through consultations with three people, one person blocked me from their books because they didn’t want to do my hair but didn’t have the guts to tell me in person. I met with the head stylist for a consultation before being booked with someone I hadn’t met. I should have known better. The stylist was sweet. But what I asked for and what I received were vastly different. My hair was burnt off at the neck from the bleach and I was told if I don’t use olaplex my hair will fall out. I watched clumps of hair get combed out. My hair wasn’t toned or highlighted or colored the way I hoped. I felt like this was what I deserved. The salon didn’t follow up with me after a month or so when it might be safe to do additional services. I left with a huge line of root growth that was obvious and an ugly warm blonde. Nothing like what I asked for or wanted. I feel the stylist got scared and checked me out. I was told I would get lowlights eventually. I got charged for a root tap but there is no way I received one. Nevertheless, I looked like the sour patch kids butchered my hair and didn’t tell me. I saw it happen in the mirror. It only happened at the base of my neck because that is where the 20% vol was on the longest. I didn’t mislead anyone. I am so careful with my hair. I only do salons. I pay high end prices for low end services. I was also threatened that if I go anywhere else it will cost me double if I need to be corrected again. As if. So, $1400+ later and I would definitely say the staff is nice but not anything near as amazing to me as ppl make them sound. I would have expected much more and follow up like toners and a finished service that aligned with what was requested. I have decided to tone my own hair at this point and it costs $15. I would rather go to great clips for a cut because I truly think that for being a high end salon they don’t care enough. I have spoken to numerous stylists who have told me this is totally unacceptable and that I have been mistreated. Good luck. Please note that the salon reported my photos somehow so they were removed but has not attempted to address me or the situation. Very unimpressed. Please also note I never had wavy kinky hair before the salon visit but that is caused by damage.
