My first lash extension visit was excellent!! I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but after meeting with Ivy, she exceeded my expectations! She was so very gentle, and her process was seamless. The atmosphere was perfect and relaxing. Thank you SO much, I definitely look forward to seeing you in two weeks for my lash fill!

I can't recommend Ivy enough—she is truly the best! She is the only lash tech who consistently takes the time during my fills to create the exact aesthetic I'm looking for. The result is always a beautiful, feminine, and soft look that frames my eyes perfectly. The quality of her sets is outstanding; they last long in the Texas heat. Beyond the stunning work, booking is easy because she has good availability, and her service is incredibly efficient. You never feel rushed, but she respects your time. I had a very disappointing experience at this place that I feel compelled to share. I booked a full set of lashes, expecting a professional service, but ended up with irritated and watery eyes instead. The appointment lasted for 90 minutes, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. To make matters worse, when I presented my Groupon, the technician refused to honor the discounted price and insisted I pay the full amount. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after the discomfort I experienced during the service. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism, the technician was dismissive and unkind. Ultimately, she decided to remove the lashes, but the process was just as frustrating. Super burning and irritated eyes and She left an excessive amount of glue on my natural lashes, which is concerning for both their health and appearance. There was another lady who had better customer service and a smile nice face i can’t recall her name . Overall, I cannot recommend this place due to the unprofessionalism and the overall negative experience I had. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your lash needs.

I’ve tried so many lash places, but I still drive all the way back to 99 Beauty every month even though I live far away 🥺💖 The lashes are always so pretty, lightweight, and long-lasting. The lash tech is super sweet and so gentle, which makes the whole experience even better. Never disappoints — always worth the drive ✨

I was really impressed with my service! It's not a salon where you might get drinks and conversation, if you're looking for that. But as a mom a mom of a toddler, I appreciated the silence and the nail tech focusing on her work. I wanted a subtle, pink, short, rounded nail and these are perfect! I like that the dip is not too thick or too thin!

I’ve been coming here for my lashes and I couldn’t be happier! Daisy takes her time and is so attentive with her work. My lashes always turn out amazing, and the retention lasts a solid 2-3 weeks before I need a fill. Professional, detail-oriented, and consistent- highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and great service!
