I have been going to Adorn for 4 years now and I love them! Yuna is the best! She is so sweet and patient with me. She will even pick out my colors for me when I am being indecisive and I always love her picks! She always remembers that I love glitters and the color purple! I’ve been going to Adorn Nails for over 4 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole team is always so welcoming and friendly. Yuna does my nails and she is the absolute best—sweet, patient, and so helpful when I don’t know what to pick. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes my nails look perfect. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and they had us come in to fix the issue. I am grateful that they took the time to reach out and make everything better. This establishment handled my issue in a professional manner and they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Below is my original post. Took my girl to get her nails done and she was quoted at $70. She had a reference picture and wanted the nail design adapted for shorter nails. The end result was pretty bad (even I know it's bad and I don't know anything about nails.) the reference picture looks nothing like the end result. The color and design are muddled together and the seashell on the nail is unrecognizable. The nails weren't even clipped evenly. I'm not sure how the nail tech thought this was close to what was asked for. Both of us are unsatisfied. The first picture is the reference photo.
