⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable pedicure + pure relaxation! The foot massage chair was divine—so relaxing from start to finish. The older woman who did my pedicure was incredibly gentle and truly pampered my toes. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a calm, affordable, and soothing pedicure experience, I highly recommend Luxor Nails. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful! I went in for the first time today and got a pedicure with a lovely girl named Linda. She took her time, I was there for about an hour. She was extremely friendly and I had great conversation with her. My nails turned out perfect and exactly what I wanted. It is a little bit on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. I will def be coming back.

Amazing experience with Venus. She is so professional and was very gentle with my hands. My nails came out even better than the reference photo I provided. The service was so wonderful and the small talk was minimum but delightful. I’m from out of town but when I do return I will always return to this salon now. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the shaping of my nails is absolutely beautiful. I came in with a general idea and a little wiggle room and Venus executed them perfectly!

Terrible experience, I went there happy and left shaking, I asked beforehand if they can’t do my design, I have other options but they insisted and still messed up my nails, I had to change my design so that they could do it AFTER they were almost done, super condescending and did not offer good customer service, and after that they OVER charged me 170 for medium length nails when I got a way longer and intricate set last time for less, they scammed me and didn’t even provide the service that I asked after they said they could do it, I will never becoming back because of this awful experience, they are lucky I paid without arguments because that was the worst experience i’ve ever received. You would think they would compensate a long term customer after not being able to do the design after they said they could and treating me terribly but instead they up charged me for medium length nails With no charms, money hungry as always My response: Yes I requested a design that your employee said that they could complete, I told her beforehand that if it is not within her skill range that we can do a different design, (mind you it’s words so i don’t know where "highly detailed design" came from) she said she could do it so that is why we went with that design, You also said that I asked for many changes, I did NOT ask for several changes throughout my appointment, I asked for the design on my phone, i wanted it exactly like the picture which your team could not do so if your team had to make several attempts and adjustments to get it to look like the picture that is not my fault, i’m i’m going to pay 170$ for a product then I should be getting EXACTLY what I want which I DID NOT receive, it was not exactly like the picture like i asked but i compromised on many occasions seeing that this was not going well and not going to work out, which I should not have done... that she also said she could complete, that is not my fault that you guys could not get it right after multiple attempts, and multiple times after your employees would show me the design they did, they would immediately tell me to give my hand back to them so that they can fix it even before I could say something because they even knew that they messed up and it did not look right, I even had to change a letter in my design so that you guys could complete the nail because you guys could not make it look like the picture nor take my request and put them on my nails, 4 hours to complete is up to your employees, not me, she did every nail more than once because she knew she could not do it and she even asked for others because she could not do it after reassuring me she could at the beginning, I was there last time for 5 hours and I still payed more for my nails this time than the last so that still proves that your salon over charged me, theses nails were definitely not as intricate as my last set which was longer, had french, had design, and gems, which these nails were shorter and had design as well as french, you charged me because it challenged your employees skills and required you guys to make multiple attempts which is not my fault. So for your "future guests" that may be reading this: be advised if you ask for something that has writing in it! Take my experience into consideration, good luck..

This place is amazing! I've tried quite a few nail salons over the years. Some use low quality products and will pop off or chip within two weeks. Some gave horrible customer service. Some have awful art/style. But Luxor Nails has blown every expectation away by far! A set has easily lasted 3 to even 4 weeks without any issues. The colors and art are fabulous! And the employees are so sweet and professional. I've been getting my nails done there for about six months now and have loved every thing they have done for me. 🥰

I love this place so much that I’ve been coming here consistently for almost a year. The business is small, but it is clean and they have many colors to choose from. Since they are small, they get busy quick. They have great customer service and try to not have their customers wait too long. I prefer to book an appointment for that reason. They are professional, I always leave satisfied, and with my nails looking exactly the way that I wanted. They are a little pricey compared to other places in Fresno. However, I like going some where I know that they’ll meet my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Last update: nails were on for exactly two weeks before it got a chip. Got the dip powder nails taken off today and the service for just the removal was nice. Pictures of before and after added. Overall, nail technicians were all so polite and friendly. 5/5 for the staff. Do wish the nails lasted longer though. Update: Unfortunately the white portion of the French tip nails began to show small little cracks on day 3, not too noticeable and it’s under the first clear layer. But I haven’t seen this with the 3 other times I’ve had dip powder nails at different locations. We’ll see how long the nails last. Three photos added to show black cracks, zoom in to view clearly. I’m satisfied! Will update to see how the French tip dip powder nails hold up. 😊 Nail tech was nice. Lemongrass essential oil was in the air, smelled so good!
