I absolutely love coming here! I always get a spa pedicure and a gel dip manicure, and every visit is consistently perfect. Jackie is amazing—she’s friendly, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. My nails always look flawless and last for weeks. The spa pedicure is so relaxing, and I leave feeling completely pampered. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend asking for Jackie—she’s the best! 💅✨

I went with my sister to the nail salon and we both are speechless. It was just an awesome and amazing Service, pretty fast, clean and we got our nails exactly like we wanted. We got our appointment even on the same day, which was just perfect and all employees and the owner are very very friendly!! I love that please and I come for sure back. Thank you so much for everything and for the warm welcome. You guys are amazing!! 🙂

I’m very disappointed. Based off the reviews I was excited to try this salon. The gel pedicure service was very rushed, I asked for a tip to be added on my one of my toenails that had broke shorter than the other and all she did was apply a soft gel. She barely scrubbed my feet, and she didn’t do enough coats of the gel polish as it’s literally see through. She was on the phone with a AirPod in her ear half the time. Then at the end the lady I checked out with tried to make me pay a higher tip than what I said I wanted to pay. My total was $63. My mom’s total was $58. I paid them with card and I asked her to break a $50 bill into two $20’s, and two $5’s to tip both of our nail techs. Even though I did not feel as if my tech deserved a tip with how she rushed through my service. The lady broke my $50 into one $20, and 3 $10’s and stated that I need to tip $10 each instead. I insisted on the $5’s and explained why and she rolled her eyes. I won’t be coming back here again!! If you want a higher tip provide better service. And now that I look at my credit card transactions, I was charged twice !!!

I have been a long-time customer of Cleopatra Nails; the staff is friendly, service is great, and the salon is clean! I definitely recommend!

Booked a spa pedicure, didn’t even get my 20 mins massage. They rushed to serve another customer that walked in. Not impressed.

Got a pedicure with a 20 min reflexology massage. This time was not so great. The lady who took care of me seemed rushed or bothered, I sensed the whole time she was waiting for regulars to come in and I messed up her flow of the day .Usually when I come here I get callus removal and not charged it’s part of the pedicure but she charged me $15 more dollars not letting me know it was going to be extra at time she asked. When I tipped her which was based on the service ( not so great) she frowned and asked for more. Not impressed. I guess since I am not a regular but someone who comes once in a while I wasn’t worth her time to invest a good experience with. While my nails were drying the people she was waiting for came in and she was happy as could be creating a great time for them. I come here to relax and specifically for the reflexology and today did not meet the standard and not for the over price charge.

I love Cleopatra Nails. Beautiful clean salon with a wonderful staff. I highly recommend Eva for her exceptional skill at UV gel manicures and pedicures as well. My favorite nail guru in Fairfield!
