I did not get what I’d asked for (I got full volume when I asked for hybrid). I felt very gaslighted when I explained that I did not like the lashes and was told I’d have to pay for a whole new set because I had "asked for volume". I had actually specifically asked for a soft, natural looking hybrid set (I even shared one of her own client photos that said hybrid on the photo) and I walked out feeling very ugly and disappointed. I went to MRS. LASH in Pleasanton and they listened and gave me exactly what I was looking for.

I’m so happy I found Nara! I had a bad experience with lash lift in the past, but Nara has completely changed my mind. My lashes feel so healthy and look so nice without any makeup on. Thank you so much Nara!!

Nara is absolutely AMAZING! I wanted to try out volumized lash extensions for my first time and had found her on google and read the reviews and decided to try her out.. 10/10 recommend!! Nara is very experienced and it really shows in her work. I also appreciate how sanitized everything is and how well she maintains her salons. I love my lashes and will continue to see her. If you are hesitating, take this as a sign and BOOK WITH NARA!!! you won’t regret it.

She is so very kind and listens to what you want! I asked for very natural "hybrid" cat eye lashes, and she delivered exactly what I had in mind (see picture - this was taken right after the appointment and my eyes aren’t red and irritated either!). Super professional and offers such a great lash experience. She’s so gentle, you can barely feel it and her space is so cute, clean, and like a spa! I also think her prices are very fair, especially for how great my lashes come out. They last a long time too since she does it so well. She’s definitely my favorite lash artist in the Bay Area.

I hope you read it thoroughly. Before you read it, I want to share that many greatest Microblading brow artists charge $ 600 for two to three hours of their time for the job, and they are truly genuine and care for their clients. I've been doing my brow for the last four years. The first artist and the second artist moved out to different states. I found Nara from Google reviews. Unfortunately, I did not read all the reviews. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My eyebrows and lips cost $1800 with a total of 30 minutes worth of eyebrow service time, including applying the pain cream, and 25 minutes worth of lip service time, including applying the pain cream. Nara was in such a rush. She did not care if your pain cream was effective. After my lips were done, I got a very bad cold sore on my lip, and the pain lasted almost two months. I had to go to see the doctor. I showed her the pictures and told her what happened to me. Nara did not show any empathy. Instead, I received her text and asked me to come back for a lips touch-up. Yes~　Go figure!
