Yuya san has been doing my digital perm and haircut for several years now. I visit him whenever I am in town. He is very skilled and puts care into the hair treatments. My perm comes out impressive each time and he uses very good chemicals from Japan. He also provides one-on-one attention to each client and I also appreciate that he is willing to accommodate my schedule and even open up the salon in the evening. I recently even took my husband to get a haircut from him! I also highly recommend the deep scalp conditioning treatment which comes with the best scalp massage. It is the most relaxing thing and adds shine to your hair!

I had the most incredible experience at Enyca in Corona Del Mar! Yuya is truly an artist, having trained for five years in Japan, where stylists undergo rigorous training, starting with shampooing and conditioning before advancing to cutting and styling. He spent 15 years in Japan mastering these techniques and even owned his own salon with a large team under him before coming back to Orange County to help people restore their naturally shiny, healthy hair. After avoiding hair color for months because it always turned red, I decided to try their Japanese coloring care technique. The intricate brush strokes Yuya used were unlike anything I had seen before, and the results were amazing. My hair is shinier than ever, and instead of using electric heat, he used steam to cover my grays. Yuya also taught me how to care for my hair without heat, and I learned it’s perfectly fine to wash your hair every day—something that’s common in Japan, especially for those who work out. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I even received a relaxing scalp massage during the wash. If you’re looking to get back your naturally shiny, healthy hair, I highly recommend Yuya and Enyca. For those who can’t make it to OC, Yuya works once a week in LA as well. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to return for my haircut!
