WOW! Just wow! So speechless. I think this is my new favorite beauty supply store. The store is CLEAN, the atmosphere was welcoming, the employees were so kind and very helpful. You didn’t feel pressured about walking around how most stores follow you until you make a purchase. This place has found a new loyal customer. I’d like to especially shout out the GM, Jamiyah, for being so sweet and down to earth. Also the lady behind the register, Kourtney (Courtney with a K lol) was so funny! Definitely made my day. Whoever owns this establishment, DID YOUR THING!!!

Had an Excellent experience at Kaysi Beauty in Columbia today! Janiah was super helpful and patient with me. She helped me to choose two great wigs and also assisted with my eyelash selection, and many other items. Actually, she was my stylist today!! All of the ladies were friendly and welcoming. Janiah was a superstar, and I am so glad that she assisted me today.

It was a positive experience. The store is big! I went to try on wigs and there was a wig section in the store. There is a specific person who specializes in wigs/fittings. Unfortunately I cannot remember her whole name, but it began with J. She choose a wig based on my requirements that was much better than the one I chose for myself. J. showed me how to put it on and told/wrote down (me)the products needed for maintenance of the wig. Very positive experience!

I love this store! The Manager was soo nice and took her time and assisted me and my mom. She wasn’t frustrated or anything cause baby we were in there a while. Thank you to the staff and Gemia!!

I love coming to this store. They have everything I need almost every time I go and the ladies that work there are ALWAYS so helpful on both sides of the store - when you need help picking out braiding or weave hair they are excellent and friendly and so are the cashiers.

Kai was freaking awesome! She helped me so much! I’ve had locs for 5 years and she gave me some tips that I will use. I will be back to support this black owned business!

Gemia took care us us with great professionalism! She was personal, cared about us and walked us through the process of buying our first wig. We were very comfortable and it is because she made us feel that way! We will definately return because of Gemia!! Thank you!
