So i found this salon from TikTok and decided to give it a try for a virgin relaxer with Ada love. Back in October 2025. I got to the appt early and she was finishing someone up, so she didn’t start me until atleast 15 minutes after scheduled time. Which was kind of annoying. Then she goes to do my relaxer while she’s doing my hair she has another client come so now she’s doing a virgin relaxer on my hair and hopping back and forth between me and another Client then she got on FaceTime while doing my hair which makes the client uncomfortable because I had questions that I didn’t feel comfortable asking because I didn’t wanna interrupt her conversation. She rushed my hair. To the point where I was going to a different salon to get a silk press/blow out and while washing my hair we and the new hairdresser noticed my hair was very wavy/curled up in some spots where the relaxer didn’t even take because she was rushing trying to do two heads at once. She was kinda rude and short. Before I went to another salon I went back came here but decided to try another stylist Jassmine for silk press/blowout this lady had no patience, rude, she also got on the phone while over my head, she was asking me questions that I felt a true professional wouldn’t have asked. I explained to her that I was new to this cut, relaxer everything and I told her I wanted a part on the left but she would ask questions like how do you want it…mind you she just cut my hair so I have these awkward layers with my hair shorter at top so I’m thinking you just cut my hair and I was thinking just part my hair on the left do your best to make it look nice and we"ll go from there, I’ll tell you what I like or dislike she didn’t take the initiative I would’ve liked she just stood looking me in the mirror almost like she was happy watching be frustrated with this whole experience. She was very petty. I told her my hair looked poofy and she asked me what I wanted her to do I’m looking at her like are you not the professional here? To the point where another stylist not sure her name but she had a mohawk style I wanna say but she jumped to help and was super professional. Customer service was poor from the two stylist were overall probably some of worst I had in Columbia sc and I was disappointed because I was excited to try the salon. And it was virgin relaxer my 1st time mind you Jassmine saw my hair and was ready to tell me I needed a trim and was ready to put scissors in my hair but when it came to making sure I was happy with my look she asked me what do I want her to do multiple times and really dropped the ball. Im paying you for your expertise, your knowledge, you experience and you don’t know how to part or just freestyle and adjust if needed? Now when I go to get a relaxer touch up on my hair I’m going to also have to go over pieces that received little to no relaxer at all.
I visited this salon for a short, natural hairstyle, but was advised to get a relaxer for the style to last. After the relaxer and haircut, my hair began falling out. Despite initial assumptions about morning sickness medication, a professional hairstylist determined the hair loss was due to a chemical reaction from the relaxer not being properly washed out. I am now pursuing legal action due to the damage caused by the salon's negligence. I advise caution when considering this salon due to concerns about inexperienced hairstylists and potential chemical damage.

From the moment I walked in, the environment was clean, peaceful, and professional—no gossip, no loud chaos, just a welcoming and relaxing space. My stylist, Jessica, was phenomenal! She listened to exactly what I wanted, offered expert advice, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Jessica’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients is unmatched. I left feeling beautiful, confident, and already looking forward to my next appointment. The customer service was excellent—everyone was kind, respectful, and truly made you feel valued. I used their service about a year ago but don't think I'll be going back form my annual birthday cut. The Decor was classy. The hair products top of the line. My hair came out beautiful....HOWEVER the service prevents me from leaving a 5 star rating. I was a bit late coming in from out of town just to try their services. I tried calling to say that's I'd be late but some sort of voicemail service took a message and I was unable to speak directly to someone at the salon. The owner was pleasant. Kimiche on the other hand was not. I get the fact that I was late. I apologized and acknowledge my faux pas. Needless to say it didn't matter. Her attitude was unpleasant. It was unprofessional and very awkward...for me anyway. Nice with the hands nasty with the attitude.
First time going had a great experience. Really didn't know what services I need but I was able get in and out quick. Jessica and her assistant did a great job. Would definitely recommend
I absolutely love my stylist Jessica. I always come out lookinf fabulous. My hair has been doing so well since I started coming to this salon. Prices are reasonable and the ladies who work there are wonderful. The atmosphere is so refreshing and beautiful. Please check them out.
