I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Spa world. It was nice to get away from the cold air. I love that there is so much amenities such as a gym, different saunas and a food bar. Next time I will bring face masks, they do have some for purchase if you forget to. Suggestion is to spend a few hours here to make the most of it.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this spa for years, spending a significant amount every month on facials and services. I’ve generally had positive experiences with most of the technicians, which makes this last visit even more disappointing. During my appointment with Christina, I noticed she was using a facial tool on my skin with very little product. In my past visits, other technicians always make sure my skin is properly lubricated with cream so the device can glide smoothly. This time, my skin felt like it was pulling, which was uncomfortable. In my experience, any knowledgeable esthetician understands the importance of proper product application when using facial tools. At the end of the service, Christina entered a $30 tip. When I politely asked if I could choose my own tip, she seemed visibly upset. I had to ask multiple times, in different ways, whether I was allowed to select my own tip, which led to an uncomfortable back-and-forth. All I wanted to do was leave a 15% tip ($27). I always tip generously, but tips are optional, and I did not appreciate feeling pressured. I also don’t recall receiving a thank you just what felt like a cold, ungrateful response. This appointment was actually a birthday gift from my husband, so it was especially upsetting to leave feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I do not recommend booking services with Christina. Whether someone is a long-time client or visiting for the first time, everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I’d give no stars if I could the employee ran up to my sister and wouldn’t allow her to come in but mind you she was wearing regular swim wear as was I and my mom were wearing very similar swim wear and she let us in and then only offered my sister to get naked as an option and kept telling her to just get naked and then she came up to me after and told me top was fine but my bottoms had to come off and then called the manager and the manager just said we could not enter and I explained to her online they have requirements an our outfits fit that requirement. Not sure what her issue really was!

I had the facial and flat tummy package at Spa World Beauty, and WOW — this place is incredible! My skin has never looked so radiant and glowing, and I even lost 1 inch off my waist after the treatment! ✨ The staff were so kind, professional, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was clean, relaxing, and the results speak for themselves. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. If you’re looking for the best results for glowing skin and slimming, this is the place to go! 💖

I love Spa World, it so relaxing and peaceful. The massage and facial I had was everything. I definitely will be back for my birthday. Also it’s not too expensive which is a plus.

I had the 60min Aromatherapy therapy massage and it was awesome. The lady I had was an absolute pro. I put my headphones on and had a mental walkabout while the therapy working on all my old man injuries. I think I am gonna start doing this once a quarter. It's pretty expensive, but if you value your health it's worth it.

Came here in November for the first time and absolutely loved it!!! I did 60 minutes of the oil massage and they really got the knots out. The pools and women’s area was clean and the food was so good. Defs coming back
