I had the opportunity to visit this Aritaum outlet, and I was pleased with my experience. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only friendly but also provided exceptional service. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the products and guided me in selecting items that cater to various age groups and skin types. The store was clean and well-maintained, showcasing a wide array of premium Korean cosmetic products from the globally recognized Amore Pacific brand. The selection included lotions, facial creams, essences, hair coloring products, sunblock, gift sets, facial masks, and numerous other skincare items. Overall, it was a delightful shopping experience.

I love this store! The customer service is great, which really means a lot being black. When I went in there looking for a cushion foundation, the employee was very helpful in matching me and did not discriminate. I especially love coming here for lip products and face masks.

Very clean and tidy inside! They have a point system for every dollar you spend. Just like sephora. Also members have more benefits and better deals. Some items may be a little pricey but so worth it.

There was a promotion that give an eco bag for the customer who purchase more than $50. My sister and I purchased $250 and we asked for 2 bags. But the manager(I think she is the manager) says, "It was one purchase so we can give one bag only." If she said that before we pay, we won't purchase together. They need to learn a customer service skill.

I love the products they sell here. I use them for all my life. The reason I couldn't give more stars is that this place never opens on time. After waiting for 10 minutes outside, finally I called and asked if they are still running the business, the clerk told me she was 3 min eta. Disappointed.

It’s a pricey but it’s worth it. The products are quality. The customer services is amazing. You get free samples too. I love them. Koreans are know for their skin care products.
