I’ve been going to this nail place for over a year now. I’ve been waiting to leave a review to get a feel for the consistency of the place, and I can recommend it with confidence and tell you I’ve never had a bad experience there. I’m that person who never critiques or corrects my nail tech, so I love that Tommy has high standards for his own work and will correct himself if something looks off. My schedule is pretty random so I usually call day-of for my appointments and they always do their best to accommodate me. If they can’t fit me in, they’ll call me if they have a cancellation or extra time later in the day. I really appreciate the quality and kindness I get every visit.

Usually the customer service is great. But today the guy who did my nails seemed to have an attitude, he cut my cuticles and it started to bleed and then blamed me. I wasn’t even upset that it was bleeding so not sure why I got that response. I then kindly asked since I was paying for the service to have my nails be smooth and he threw a fit that he had to go back to work and not lounge on the chair. Not sure why they wanted to treat a customer who has been back many times like this, granted this is the first time I had the nail tech, Tony. Really disappointed, especially since this place was so close to home. Photos show the roughness and the burn mark from the drill on my index finger, yikes!

This is the 2nd time I have come to this salon and the entire staff is so friendly. I will definitely be coming back. The first time back in January I was on such a time crunch, because I was leaving for vacation the next day and the staff was able to fit me in even though I was a walk in and requesting multiple services. I did the same thing today and I was in and out after 2 hours. Thank you for the nails and hospitality.

Jess did my eyelashes and they look amazing! She’s professional, gentle, and really takes her time to make sure they come out perfect. Annabel gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had—so detailed, relaxing, and she made my feet feel brand new. Both Jess and Annabel were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this salon!

Continue to have a great experience getting my lashes done by Jessica. She has such a friendly personality that made the whole appointment super comfortable. The space was clean, the service was professional, and the results were exactly what I wanted — full, natural-looking lashes that feel light and look amazing. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable for the quality of work. Highly recommend booking with Jessica if you're looking for great lashes without breaking the bank.

I am always pleased with the service I receive from Annabelle and Tommy! I've been coming here for dip nails for over a year and am consistently welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. Using high-quality products, Annabelle is meticulous with her manicures, ensuring that she applies the dip only to the edge of my cuticles and carefully files to create the perfect finish. I've tried other salons but have not strayed since I found 369 Nail Bar. I highly recommend their service!

369 Nails is the best nail shop around. Tommy and Annabelle go above and beyond for all of their customers. I have been going here for a few months and when my family was in town for my wedding we all went and got our nails done and they went above and beyond for us! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Also, they are honest, work with you and give you ideas and suggestions when you ask. I love going here. Annabelle is the only person I would trust to do my nails for all important events- including my wedding!
