Asked at the door if accepting walk-ins the answer was yes. Took two hrs to be seated on a chair to START my color process when the lady stopped and said ill be right back and went to work on someone else took another hr of me sitting there for me to get the point and just leave. If you’re "that busy" please don’t take walk in’s. You’re literally wasting peoples time its understandable you have a business to run but 3 hrs and nothing done is excessive.

I'd been going for years to a hair salon in NJ, until a friend recommended this salon being closer to me. I was a little hesitant at first to try a new place, however, it was the BEST decision I made. Mercedes is Amazing! I had a balayage done (which is my usual style) and I've never had such great results, the color and blending was perfect. There is a bit of a wait because they only do walk-in, but it's totally worth it. And the price is very reasonable.

BEST SALON. I went to a another salon before this one and oh my they cut it so much I had a break down but when I came to Sunset Beauty Salon they fixed it all. They fixed the uneven and my hair better. I recommend this salon they are so good with details and everything.

The best Hair salon ever! I’ve been to salons in the city , etc but Sunset beauty salon is where its at. The most friendly staff , you’ll get the best blow out here and the owner colors your hair amazing. Grateful for this gem in sunset park💞

This is the place where I got my extreme hair cut and always come back for trimming. Great price, excellent service. Personal attention. Highly recommended.

The worst haircut. She cutvit so I need to get it blown every week to be ok. They can only blow hair. Don't get a haircut here!
